they didn't promote the "director mode" right ??

it's WD2 version of photomode , something close to the camera app in GTAV i think

    hopefully it's fun

    So bland... I didn't finish it. :)
The performance issues and various bugs at launch didn't put me off the game. It was the writing, the characters... and mostly, Aiden.

He was such an unlikeable douche.
His personality killed the game for me. I instantly wanted to stop playing once the character he was... came through.

    PC version no longer delayed?

Could be either good or bad I suppose depending on what the reason is, guessing it's probably not going to be that the PC version is already in perfect shape though but I might just be a bit pessimistic. :p
(Perhaps due to the recent Vivendi takeover share growth they might be in need of all sales they can possible get?)

Careful people. Don't burn yourselves on Ubisofts disaster PC ports again... please consider voting with your wallet.

The delay has been fixed, meaning it's now back to the 29th again.

Looks like the game was updated again, guessing this fixes that bug with that collectible from the previous patch. :)

I got this yesterday for like £20 on GMG, it's actually pretty fun so far. At least we don't have any boring bugger as the main character

internet claims @ the half of the game it becomes repetitive. i say all games r like that. this is not an excuse to give the game a negative review. hu? i mean do that bring that like quests.

i have trial will buy and unlock the full game on ps4 pls.

  11. I'd say WD2 has improved it's in-game lighting from the first game quite significantly. Sure there are locations which look quite boring or unpolished, but overall there is a lot to compare with GTA5.

I've made a little "straight from render" gallery at stable 1920x1200@60FPS. It's mostly ultra settings +25%. Shame it's so CPU demanding game. GPU could handle more.

Seems like they are giving this one far more attention than the first in terms of updates.

May have been brought up much earlier but if your game will not launch when using Reshade in Windows 10, try running the game in Windows 8 compatibility mode. Worked for me and the Reshade I have installed still looks good. I'm still exploring some more to see if the visuals are adversely affected.

Edit: Forgot to mention you need to add the "-eac_launcher" to the end of the game exe in a shortcut. In the same shorcut you can choose the Windows 8 compatibility mode.

WATCH_DOGS 2 is a really good game IMO, much better than the first one, and manages to feel less like a GTA clone with hacking and more of its own game, thanks to the addition of drones and robotic tools. There's also plenty of humour, though it's nowhere near as silly as say the Saint's Row games, and generally it is fun. An underrated gem in my view and it's a shame that the game apparently didn't sell very well (in part no doubt due to the insane hype then eventual disappointment of the original game).

i agree totally i enjoyed it more than the first, but no doubt the big big disapointment of what could have been the first game, i had so much hope and i even made a thread about this game a couple of years ago saying that it is a shallow open world game to say the least.

I much prefer the protagonist from the first one, I'm a grumpy middle aged guy so he fits me well :)

Based on your 8 posts so far you're either a spam bot or the worlds most banal poster (no offence intended).
