Hey y'all while I do not have Nvidia I thought y'all would like to know and check out that it appears that this Nvidia Driver 384.76 Enables Netflix 4k WITHOUT Kaby Lake.

No, I can confirm that Little Nightmares, Tekken 7 and EVERSPACE all run perfectly fine on this driver as I've been playing all three this afternoon for between 30 and 90 minutes each.

I haven't tried WATCH_DOGS 2 with an adaptive power profile but NVIDIA have said they are releasing a hotfix driver early next week to address this issue so I suspect the issue is something more complex that just changing a performance setting in the driver. Can't hurt to try it though.

 

Driver restarts while watching twitch on chrome at least once a day, let´s go back to 361.60.

 

And still no SLI support for IL-2 Sturmovik BoM DirectX 11. ****!

 

4K UHD HDR support for Netflix added on this driver, Microsoft Edge+Store App works!

I even get the UHD 4K and HDR notifications right on the pages on netflix telling me as before it never showed the UHD 4K or HDR content , i'm happy

Using my Samsung KS8000 65" UHD HDR 4K Smart TV on my PC using my GTX 1070 connected via HDMI to the TV. I took a few pictures of it , to look for the information press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D while playing UHD 4K content on netflix via the windows store netflix app or via edge browser.

Using the Windows Store Netflix app this is the results i get: 4K image and 5.1 surround sound:







Using Microsoft edge web browser this is the results i get: 4K image and ONLY 2.0 sound:





In my experience the windows store netflix appointment it's much better due to the 5.1 surround sound experience , this is lacking on the microsoft edge browser and dumb down to only 2.0 sound.

A must have for 4K UHD and HDR Netflix content on PC !

 

So this driver has more on it inside than even nvidia tells to people how interesting.

 

I wonder what benefits it gives with windows 7 and gtx 970

 

This driver is so bad for me at least.

I am getting input lag when playing division and when I play total war warhammer it crashes saying "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

I am going back to previous whql driver.

 

I'm getting black screens with these and some weird flickers when browsing with Chrome. Back to the previous for me.

 

That's 100% an issue with your Windows Install.

Never heard about CP Crashes.

 

Is there a fix which will be released by NVIDIA very soon ??

Is there some fix i need to do to get netflix working @4k LMFAO......

does not seem to work with my 1080ti`s..... desktop is running @ 3840x2160 and netflix through the windows store app or microsoft edge shows no 4k

 

Make sure that you have a Netflix 4k subscription, as the standard subscription does not include 4k content . just in case you didnt know this

Are there any chance that Netflix will suport haswell E 5820k for UHD 4K streaming?

 

The CPU is mostly irrelevant, you need a supported GPU, so thats either a Kabylake Intel GPU or apparently now a modern NVIDIA GPU. Haswell-E doesn't have a GPU.
