    Woah

Woah that's some good OC you got there.... I couldn't get past 1100 mhz on my old modified bios on 1.2v VDDC (that's the highest it could be set and that was the default voltage :3eyes:).

I've been looking for a good bios that allows precise voltage control for my non-OCed gigabyte 280x WF3 rev2 version for a while and found that only the OC version of the GPU's bios worked on it albeit with the same voltage control limits (not more than 1.2v). Version of that bios was 015.041.000.003.000000.

But thanks to you, your powercolor bios works really well with this card (GV-R28XWF3-3GD) and it allows precise voltage control with no limits plus its really new compared to the VGA BIOS list on TPU. Thanks man.

EDIT: Oh well, the new bios seem to worked with unigine 2 superposition but when i tried it with outlast 2 and Dragon Age Inquisition they crashed everytime. Flashed back to the gigabyte one.

They said the issue with FH3 was fixed last time and it wasn't. I'll wait until I get confirmation that the long load times and graphics corruption are fixed. Until then, I'm sticking with 17.2.1.

It's always so cute that they mention the speed increases only for the latest product they release.

The thing with Sapphire GCN 1.0 cards I've noticed is that once it hits that wall, regardless of how much voltage you apply to it, it will not get any further. Whatever stability with the added voltage you'll achieve is momentary and it'll crash in a longer session. IIRC Undying said something about manually setting his voltage to 1.3. I encourage him to leave his voltage to auto and test with 1170/1500. It'll likely be stable at stock volts too.

Yes, the same **** is happening to me.
I'm going back and forth with another driver.
I've disable driver updates, but it doesn't give a crap.

17.5.1 did NOT fix the bugs with FH3. I tried it and had interminable loading times and there were sections of roadway that were either pure white or black. It was no different from 17.4 in those respects. 17.2.1 has none of those issues.

The problems started with 17.3 and as of 17.5.1 are still present.

Here's a good place to look up results for Unigine Superposition:
