Ubisoft announces Far Cry 5, The Crew 2 and new Assassins Creed

I suppose at some point i will have to get round to paying 2/3 and 4 as well as AC 3 and 4.

24 hours is no longer enough, can't we push the earth's rotation out a bit further to accommodate all us gamers, not that much to ask now is it.

 

I really hope so. All good games.

 

FarCry 3 was good, Far Cry 4 was excellent. I'm hopeful 5 will be as good as 4.

DGAF about The Crew.

AC: 4 was the last one I played, and it was pretty good. I have Syndicate, but haven't installed it yet.

 

Then you've succumbed to the sequel shenanigans. I'd rather buy micro-transactions for a free-to-play game, than play the same game with a different setting. Especially when it's made by doobiesoft.

Personally liked only first Far Cry. Assassins Creed just played first game for like one hour. The Crew seemed too arcadey.

But lets see, still want to go through whole Assassins Creed franchise one by one.

 

I liked FC3. What I hated most about FC4 and Primal is all the pointless 'fluff' they added to the game, made it really annoying.

I guess their foray into multiplayer games as their main "thing" didn't work as well as they were expecting, and they're back to the same old yearly franchise drivel.

 

So nothing new, fresh or original then, same old stale crap for the sheep!! BAAAAA!

 

it run quite well, only early adopter had problem with it, after patching it is good

i am more worried about the story ...

 

I got the Crew in that period Ubisoft gave it for free. I ended up liking the game. Gonna keep my eye on the second.

 

I'm more interested in any graphical improvements these sequels and prequels bring, they are more like tech demo's for me as the gameplay will just be another rinse and repeat, still I enjoy Assassin's Creed for the story, not really into all the fetch quest crap tho.

 

I`d rather have the fluff than a game that is over after a couple of hours.
Only thing i didnt like about fc 4 is the trippy missions.

 

I feel the same way. Those two guys wouldn't be around anymore after that first stunt they pulled on me.
I have to say, fc4 really brought me back to gaming. I distinctly remember riding an elephant around while hunting for a rhino when i just though, damn, this is so awesome, i can do anything in this place. Gone are so many of the limitations of 20yrs ago.

 

They would make really good tech demos if they would just bother to optimize it. Ubisoft lacks in both innovation or optimization, although recently their games have become better optimized(still lots of room for improvement).

 

I actually just uninstalled Far Cry 4 last night.. it is.. how to explain, very........ boring? you just kind of, get lost with no real direction of what you should be doing, that's how I felt about it at least.

For me to buy another Far Cry it will have to be more like an actual Far Cry game "aka" The Original Far Cry Game, which none of the unrelated Far Cry games has been anything like.

Also... lol another AssCreed...
