no need to go to registry for that. in control panel you can uncheck fast startup option and that's all.

you can also disable hibernation altogether for to disable hybrid power options.

    powercfg -h off

I've updated from 378.66 to this version, everything seems to be working so far. Tried a few games and everything worked fine, performance might be very slightly worse, but it's margin of error really. Also tested video playback with madVR, that works normally too.

I haven't updated to CU yet though.

Yes, I don't even have the option for fastboot as I disabled with powercfg , never had issue of it getting reverting in win10 upgrades.
I hope that is not reverted, not that it is hard to check.

    I am still on 1607 and 378.78

I did all that, and I'm still getting the artifacts.

Can you confirm if this only happens when SLI is enabled?

Did you submit a feedback in our driver feedback form?

This does not appear to be an NVIDIA bug although we are investigating still

No black windows in Firefox 54beta so far on this driver so this one seems to be fixed in one way or another.

Can I recommend something ManuelG, that maybe you can pass on to those in charge. Can nVidia include the feedback option within the drivers? That way, the majority of hardware information and software information; such as build number, OS, graphics card, overclock, driver version, etc will all automatically be filled with the application. The user can then just report the actual issue they're facing. And they can report any extra information that the nVidia team might find helpful at the end. I think this will be a welcomed move to the current feedback system. And for those who always want to do it manually, they can continue using the link above.

With all the telemetry stuff I'm honestly surprised that there's no such option yet.

This fixed the NumLock Key not activating from cold boot for me.Always had it enabled in bios but after CU it just stopped.Same with fast boot, had it disabled since forever so was mighty surprised to find it enabled in registry.Haven't noticed the artifacts on screen in between restarts so I'm assuming that fix did the trick also, excellent find, thanks.

Driver is running good so far.

Anyone playing Dawn Of War 3? I'm missing shadows and texture looks crappy as hell.

    -Update 1-
Oh wait.. i still on 381.78.

    -Update 2-
Installed latest driver, still no Shadows and Texture is crappy as hell

    -Update 3-
Had to manually edit the configuration files to increase graphic fidelity. The beauty of pre-order.

    -Update 4-
Switching Preset seem to works. Game on.

ManuelG: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Control Panel Ambient Occlusion setting still doesn't save and needs to be set on every bootup.

    Kinda offtopic,

Do you think you can get the driver team to look at adding a proper SLI profile for KF2 (killing floor 2) using UE3 engine?

SLI results in these types of artifacts.

Hmm, playing a lot of older games because of my rig.

With the last two driver releases (including this one) I get slight pauses in Unreal Engine games such as Batman Arkham Origins, Outlast, DMC. Also get some weird random hiccups in alien isolation.

Going back to any driver that is pre creators update solves this in all of the mentioned games.

Anyone else noticed this slight pausing issue in UE3 games on the past two drivers?

I get it Watch Dogs 2 and SSE as well, same last two 381 drivers.Happens for a minute after the game loads, then it becomes less as I continue playing and eventually goes away...very annoying as when it happens, it's like I'm anticipating a freeze.
