He was just double checking if that's the case. Idk what's with the need to be rude about it.

Creators update is latest major update for Windows 10, hence anything that is not windows 10 is not affected.

No links for anything but Win10. Sorry, forgot to link the KB page in the OP. (And seems like NV forgot to edit the text of the page...)

Okay with my crap internet...I'm still downloading...it was reported on the EVGA forum that this fixed the idle GPU voltage bug on the Pascal cards.

Confirmed! ICC profiles also working properly & color washed out on the monitor is fixed, but unfortunately the artifacts during restart & shut down haven't fully fix it.

Anyone else having problems with full screen settings in games?

A load of my games now have to be set to windowed borderless now, they refuse to open in full screen since 381.65

Be very carefull guys when using this driver with CRU = Custom Resolution Utility.

it breaks display port, and causes the driver to unrecover when using CRU after you try to enable your custom resolution in windows 10 latest Build.

I have problem with fullscreen playback of videos in what it seems Windows 10 built-in video player and Netflix app. The video is choppy like it's playing in 5fps. VLC player doesn't have that issue. So it seems only apps installed from Windows Store and built-in ones have this problem. This hotfix didn't fix it. Going back to 378.92 - no problem there. Can you guys confirm ?
