Oh good! Love Destiny, best shooting mechanics in any shooter, ever. So good! This on PC will be amazing. Can't wait.
Meh. Destiny on 360 was boring AF imo. Too repetitive and no random encounters. If you turned around after 30seconds the last formation of enemies had respawned in the exact same locations & the numbers! Loved the atmosphere, but thats about it really. Wouldd never play it again unless they introduce real random encounters in Destiny2.
The "Last Call" Teaser https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQ4i0AT8c-M One of the better teasers I've seen recently. Obviously love the music in it. Reveal trailer tomorrow.
I thought the first game was very dull for a Bungie game personally. Admittedly, I played it solo and as such the poor story-telling, hugely repetitive missions and unfairly tough enemies were real game-killers for me. The only good things I will say about the game is that the graphics were good and that the combat felt good as you'd expect from the developer of the Halo franchise. Not hugely excited for the sequel, even on PC, but, who knows, maybe the game will be more narrative-driven and better suited for solo gamers like myself?
Yeah, it definitely wasn't for you. It's a grind fest, the story is meh, it's definitely not story driven. Although there's some good narrative in the game, it's a little disjointed. I enjoyed the game though, the shooting mechanics were top notch, the fun of killing mobs kept me playing. With it's DLCs, it was quite a solid game in the end. I'm expecting Destiny 2 to deviate from what the original was though. I think they'll go more heavy on the story because of a lot of critique they've received. For me it's a must buy game, shooting up mobs and PvP on PC at 1440p maxed out (or close to that) at high frame rates will be amazing.
Except for the gunplay first game was a boring grind fest. Does people actually waiting/wanting second one on PC? I'll pass.
Seeing as the game has quite a following on consoles, and a lot of those people have gaming PCs, I would guess yes.
