Diablo III – 20th Anniversary Patch 2.4.3 is now live, adds Diablo 1 free event & support for DirectX 11 Thanks to DSOG
Any performance improvements using the 64bit client? I've had this weird stuttering since the original beta across 3 different computers that they never fixed (PS4 version doesn't have this issue).
Does anyone know why Diablo III v2.4.3 sets the colours on my Corsair K70 RGB keyboard to red only while playing this game? As soon as I exit the game it returns to the colours I have set. Kind of weird that it does this as no other game alters the keyboard colours like this. :3eyes:
It was mentioned in the patch notes that theres now support for some colour changing options on some keyboards. Things like the keyboard lights up in different colours if you get certain drops or some such. I like the new AA options, game looks really nice and crisp now. Not too keen on the anniversary dungeon, got boring after 8 levels.
Yes, I thought I saw that mentioned somewhere as well but I've looked in-game and can see no options to change the lights or even prevent the game from changing them on my keyboard. Sure, it's hardly a big deal as the game resets the lights when I exit it but it would be nice to have the option to leave them as they are.
New AA options? I have to check that out cuz the default one sucked (seemed like CMAA) Same with Heroes of the Storm, uses CMAA... still jaggies like mad.
It's not about issues. It's about sound quality. And TheDeeGee clearly didn't want to install additional software. Other than that, the Darkening of Tristram event, pretty cool, couple of pets and a couple of portrait frames to get out of it, other than that, it's a drag. Bring on Season 9, still not sure what I'll play. Thinking Monk/WD/Wiz, played the other classes to death (apart from Crusader but not interested in that). What are you guys going to play in Season 9?
Having ssao enabled is still giving me texture flickering. Apparently I am the only one having this problem too. I've asked around and can't find anyone having that problem.
Not a single flicker here with SSAO. I don't know what exactly it is, but 2.4.3 is the smoothest D3 has ever played here. Not sure if it's D3D11 or x64 but the game is crisp and silky.
Well i have terrible micro stuttering when moving around. Don't have this with any other Game i have installed. WoW, HotS, Fortnite and Borderlands 2 all run smooth. Also reinstalled Windows 10 Pro about 7 weeks ago, so D3 was a clean install. So i doubt it's my system.
Think I prefer nvcp's AO settings. The game finally runs perfect on act3 when you're in cluster mobs in the arreat levels. Guessing the change to DX11 and updates fixed that
Not sure what it is with this game and its netcode but if I play solo all is well and game runs silky as sh*t, as soon as my missus joins my party in our home network the game stutters like no tomorrow. Putting the ingame fps cap to max helped a tiny bit but not much. It was never this bad in the past as I've played the game hundreds of hours in coop with the missus but for some reason this latest patch has thrown it all cross-eyed. [Edit] Who woulda thunk it! Seems the community already figured out what the problem might be if you're getting stutters https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/d3/topic/17614585502
I completed the D1 dungeons they were nice and the old school gfx looked pretty awesome lol When is the necro update out? Is it with Season 9?
You liked it? I thought it was pretty meh considering they used almost all assets from D3. The oldschool filter was OK though along with the 8 path movement style. The original soundtrack though was most welcome, as was the gold drop sound (love that one).
