    Ah, I see. I never thought they downgraded the engine. To me it seemed like they just disabled a few effects they made for the game. That's a shame, as it makes it a lot harder to make it look as good as a did then. Still, I think all of the mods seem to be indicative that we can make do either way

    Is it possible to improve hair texture to make it closer to PS4 reveal one?

    That's much closer. You're making rapid progress my friend. I'm definitely looking forward to that final version of the mod, whenever that may release.

    I could spend some time on the HAIR textures, but that will push the ETA back even further.

    Whoops, I misread that... :D

    The hair textures are the same as vanilla, I'm using E3 2012 hair currently.

    MASHUP mod 2 will use most of the relaunch files, most are tweaked slightly.

    It will also include a new Aiden Pearce head, similar to E3 2012 but not all the way. As one of the forum users said it looks like a slightly edited E3 2012 char01 that was re-purposed into an NPC head. (Access Granted pack/all outfits unlocked mod required)

    A better muzzleflash has been added.

    working on getting an npc baseball cap on Aiden's head, since it matches the contours of the 2012 cap.

    hi TheCrasher ... you are doing really a great job ...
    i noted something in the all e3 demos ... the Exposure dose not change where ever aiden is ... it is always bright !!
    is the game use HDR ? in the game MXL file there is HDR=1 but it has no effect !!!

    Yes it does, also I'm not basing this off of the E3 2012 demo, I'm basing this off of the 2012 Ps4 Premier Demo, which did have Auto-Exposure.

    It's even enabled in the original files

    Not to rush you, but how soon relatively might we be looking at seeing this mod release? I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of looks I can get if I mix it with some other mods I like.

    Once I finish up the bloom issues, and maybe the whole cap+hair thing, but I'm pretty sure I'm just going to use Aiden's normal cap for now.

    Just tested relaunch sky with Danvsw's fog, at it works beautifully!

    Has anyone manged to get facial definition working on char36_ending_avatar? (The guy on the roof at the end of the 2012 demo)

    The PS4 Premiere is not 2012 build. It was out on Feb 2013. It has different 2014-like Focus, different Sun Lensflare, different HUD, and possibly many other things are different from 2012 build.

    I didn't say it was the 2012 build, there are multiple files that say "relaunch_2012" so I assumed it was using a different build that was also made in 2012.

    There is no hair on that cap, I'm probably just going to use zmodler to swap the hair onto the new cap.

    Both have xbgmip files, so their good to edit.

    ok but if you were unable to make the hair match the new cap make a version with the old cap. but i think it will be easy since they both have xbgmip files.
