Already done! Spoiler I banished O'Dimm. Freed Iris by getting the rose from her. Also placed their portrait on her grave. Gave Shani her favorite flower Killed both the brothers in the Vault. I also found Olgierd's letter to Iris! I would've sold out Olgierd for 5000 crowns if not for that letter! I thought drunk Geralt from "No place like home" was a riot, possessed Geralt the juggling Witcher was amazing! I've started B&W but taking a break from the game as I'm exhausted lol.
Guys, I've just play Witcher 3 for 3 hours. Is Geralt a former Wild Hunt? And what creature Wild Hunt is?
Geralt used to ride with the Wild Hunt, can't remember if it was ever explained why. You'll learn soon enough what the Wild Hunt really is.
There was also alot of cool stuff and mini quests littered along the north and east borders of the Novigrad map. And a great spot for farming 32-33 level insectoids near the N/S riverbed south of the new village (Did you do the Ofieri questline? Upgrade his shop?)
From HoS I've just missed some of the treasure hunts and Olferi. I skipped the Olferi stuff because I wanted to use the money for grandmaster wolf gear. I need a few more vials of acid extract so I'll check that area in Touissant. B&W is pretty good too so far - I've just completed that artists' Soiree.
finished my Witcher 3 play yesterday,level 90 and had 138356 crown and 40 lbs of stuff left to sell that enchanted gear works good,got the Ursine armor enchanted to light and both my swords to 50% more damage one of my favorite games this far on to Alien Isolation
I was on yt checking out alternate scenarios and missed quests and I found a talking Roach quest! lol!
Well I finished Blood & Wine, it was great. Kind of bittersweet knowing the game is done with and it will be years before we get a new one. On a side note, I never managed to find a recipe for vampire oil despite having found enhanced and superior vampire oil recipes. The only oil I didn't get and upgrade to superior and it had to be the one that would have been most useful in Blood & Wine....
I'm pretty sure you can buy the basic version from vendors. What I did in all my 3 playthroughs was to buy any oil/potion recipe I can see on any vendor and rely less on RNG from chests later on. So in the end I had every single alchemy recipe (and this is crucial especially for an alchemy build).
I looked everywhere and it wasn't to be found. I know there was one vendor that for sure had it but by the time I found that out I had already caused her death in a quest dozens of hours earlier.
Then you didnt look everywhere Skellige Druid has a lot of them and the alchemist outside of Oxenfurt on the way to novigrad has loads too. It's been a while, these are the two i recall having tons of recipes.
Other than the vendor I mentioned it's random. Where you find it isn't the same as where I would. I checked the skellige Druid, the alchemist outside of oxenfurt and every other alchemist and herbalist. Sure some had loads of recipes, just not the one I needed.
This is basically how I am playing the game right now. Apart from the 21:9 aspect ratio and that hair of course These mods are pretty easy to install and they do look fantastic however they are extremely taxing on the hardware most notably shadows and grass density.
Yeah, I used that Weed420 grass mod and my fps tanked pretty hard haha. It sure looked awesome though. Next video card I will be able to run it with good fps
at level 27 in main game, i'm getting there DLC will be nice. maybe i'll finish this by PS5 release...
Is there an easy way to change FOV without mods? I found one on nexus, but its out of date, there is unofficial patch that makes it work but sounds messy to me!
