I am left handed and bought the Logitech G920 Wireless Mouse and since then, never looked back...it costs quite a bit...but has been one of the best mouses I used for a very Long time! I had Logitech, Razer and Steelseries in the past...but nothing matches currently the feel and Response with that mouse for a Wireless Technology...Totally recommended!

For me always wired mouse, and for me, nothing beats the Sensei (maybe the razer deathadder).
I play with 400DPI and 20% sensitivity in game.
OH yeah, and I play all at low, except Mess on Ultra, just to have that 120+FPS.
    I don't always get 120+, but closer...

What I really like about my Logitech is the added weights...and yeah current range seems I have to pay around £50 for something like my G5...(dont think I paid this much previously).

So I'd prefer something with weights. Kinda hoping my G5 doesnt pack up.

All of the newer ones have exactly the same performance, except the G102 or something they're releasing, that's a budget version of the G Pro.

I see, I also saw somewhere that they're releasing a BF1 themed G Pro. Might go for that if it ever shows up in my country, for ultra nerdism. :nerd:

Medic class needs less crosshair inertia tbh... really same mistakes all over again.

    BC2 sniper days:

And that's why crosshair inertia is utter utter trash imo, it works like a skill capper.

just got a new UN40 Ku7000 4K samsung tv, and i can't tell how smooth the game feels now, 200hrz motion rate and 22ms input lag, such a good mouse movement now, one question, can i use a display port to hdmi to play at 2k resolution?

Oh yeah I know these... let alone dying to the same guy twice at two spawns because your team can't clear out a point.

Yeah noticed that too, it's kind of weird to have a single shot rifle like the Mondragon not hit at 15 meters although you're spot on. Kind of annoying as I never was much a fan of any magnification on the optics, can one get the red dot sight without any zoom?.

I personally prefer the Mondragon over the Selbstlader 1916 because of the faster bullets and higher rate of fire. Close up "melee" matches always feel easier with the Mondragon for me.

Yea, annoying... plus I'm not very good at this game. Yet ;)

You can set the zoom/magnification for sights in weapon customization. Click the cog next to the weapon slot.
From there you can choose sight type, zoom and barrel attachment.

Yeah I know I can do that, but some of the optics can't set below 2.0 or something similar on sniper rifles. Not sure, didn't try the Mondragon Sniper or whatever it's called yet to see.

If you want higher quality reflections, create a user.cfg in:

    Origin Games\Battlefield 1

Open the .cfg and paste this:

    PostProcess.ScreenSpaceRaytraceFullresEnable 1

    Comparison gif:

As you can see reflections look a lot less pixelated. The performance impact is pretty minimal too.

    Anyone getting low gpu usage?

I mean my gpu drops to 66-75% for no apparent reason.

I play all at low, no AA, VSync off.

I can"t play at 120FPS+ all the time because of this.

I have scenes when I'm at 100FPs and my gpu only 70%.
My CPU never reaches more than 85% usage.
I am on DX11 of course.

No I have no stutter, just that I have 90, 100FPS and my gpu is at 66, 70% usage.

This happens randomly, at some point I have 130FPS, then for the next minutes I have 100 or less fps.

I play on my BenQ XL2420T 120HZ monitor.

This is the only game where my gpu doesn't stay 99% usage all the time.

I've tried different drivers, no change at all.

I did not have this problem in BF4.

@serbicu Check for CPU cores usage. I'm pretty sure one or two cores of your CPU are maxed when that happens.

No my CPUs cores never exceed 85-90% usage.

This was the first thing I looked for.

I have them in monitored with afterburner.

I will up my resolution to 1440P, and put more load on the gpu, and less on the cpu.

What's your RAM speed if I may ask ? I've seen so many people talking about how overclocking their ram from 1600 to 2000+ gave them +30 FPS average. I can't talk about that myself though as I've never had performance issues with the game.

Also, is your CPU that 4710HQ in your profile ? Considering many overclocked desktop 4770K and 6700K users are having CPU bottleneck issues all over the BF1 forums I'd say your problem won't be fixed without a patch from DICE. In its actual state, the game seems to be eating most (if not all) quadcore CPUs for dinner if you're aiming for 120+FPS average.

Try to limit your max pre-rendered frames to 2 in control panel, it helps. I'm pretty sure 1440P won't help. From what I've seen, it's not the rendering pipeline that is CPU heavy on BF1, it's the netcode/sync and physics. Do you have issues in singleplayer as well ? I doubt it.
