For some reason Benchmark is warning me vsync should be disabled becouse it effect the score/framerate (there is no option to disable/enable).
Told me freesync can affect the score, but it went over 80 fps. LOL Honestly, really good for a 3 year old GPU. Holy hell, OC made a big jump.
Just got a CV1 yesterday, will be picking up the Oculus Touch in December, was gonna go with the Vive but all the reviews seem to favour the Oculus as the better HMD, Vive is cool but that's mainly down to the controllers once Touch comes out I think the Rift will be the better choice, that being said I need to try this benchmark out but so far I've had no issues with my 980 in any of the games I've played. Update here's me score
7334 So I'm VR ready apparently. Just the small matter of the £600 odd for the HMD, which is basically the price of a full PC upgrade (CPU, GPU, RAM, MOBO). FFS I really want one but the use I'd get from it doesn't justify the price for me. It's basically a display device, so if it was more like £200 (the price I'd pay for a monitor) I'd buy one if it had controllers as well.
Then they go to another extreme with Blue.. Barely 45fps xD ok he's using a 290x, but still.. Seems to be from Shattered Horizon and 3dmarks mix Here is my Orange score http://www.3dmark.com/vrm/15828712
I'm getting around 74-88% usage with this benchmark on W7,can someone test that on W7 for me ? Also frame drop from 190FPS to 70FPS where is blue UFO and usage is also down in 20% Thanks,Jura
Here is how it looks on mine I just cancelled, twice reinstalled drivers and twice I used DDU Thanks,Jura
Don't have a screenshot yet since I should be in bed, but I got 9875 on Orange room with my system at my GTAV clocks. GTAV is the most sensitive game to my respective OC's in my signature, so they come down to 4.3GHz on the CPU and ~1375MHz on the GPU. I suspect I could just hit 10k with my CPU@4.5GHz and GPU around ~1440MHz. Cool little test that looks nice and runs well. Wish I could do the Blue room to see how the 980Ti holds up. I'll for sure have a new GPU of some kind before I ever get into VR, but still... Have to get my friend to run this since we just built him a PC for a Vive headset and he decided to go with a 6600k+RX480 instead of my recommended 6700k+1060. Hope he gets over 5k!
Here is mine,VRMark giving me that G-SYNC error although I don't have G-SYNC monitor at all Check that, big drop there, really tried everything, only thing what I need to remove Titan X Thanks,Jura
