    Nah, it'll be the difference between 7 years life span to double that.

    The other components are running hot, including SMDs, caps etc.

    Well doesn't matter if the gpu will last forever as the circuitry around it will be dead before then.

    Yes. I will release new version of my mod. Some textures were never released, some are new and 4k resolution.

    started a new game with wood elf. archery basically and sneaking around. with hardcore mod i use on PS4 i mostly kill enemies with 1 arrow in legendary difficulty.

    once i tried sneaky attack rom back with a sword to an enemy and there happened an throat cutting animation. that is one hand only animation aim sure.

    the question is, if daggers are for this job? but they r weak. whats other elements effects sneaking? the armor we carry yes. i chose muffle perk too.

    but the one hand sword vs a dagger while sneaking makes any kind of difference?

    Yeah, you get sneak multiplier for damage depending on your weapons.

    Bow is 3x damage, daggers is I think 7x damage, one hand sword is 5x

    I can't remember, I think it's in the sneak skill tree it tells you that, the 7x bonus only unlocks when you get about sneak 75 or 100

    Dagger has some good bonuses sure, but I prefer stealth archer cause you can get many stealth hits in a row with good sneak

    Only thing about a stealth dagger is you have to be right up next to the buggers, but with the steath archer you have the joy of the kill cam as you slow down time by 50% and watch your arrow fly gracefully towards it's oblivious target, that just never get's old. lol

    Meh, I can't even get the game to start. Pops up the Steam box saying game is starting for a second, and then.......nothing. :(

    You may have a corrupted install but revalidate the game files anyway and also check the event log to see what caused the crash.

    I ran the file validation and it was fine. I'll probably just do a reinstall later, thanks.

    Have they done anything to textures at all? they look as i remember them? Only lightning seems to be better. Maybe i was spoiled by mods too much :D

    Lightning is different, not better. And i don't like it! It looks like in Oblivion now?
    Also it makes my textures to look worse.

    tried the 4.0.1 unofficial patch today. so far so good. no other mods
    besides that.

    the models still look old, the world itself looks better but slightly
    brighter. i do think that the real difference is inside dungeons and
    not outside. dungeons looks much sharper and i like it.

    IMO Unofficial patch and SMIM are the bare minimum mods.

    In the sneak tree, and you want to get the Backstab perk and Assassins Blade perks asap.

    I can't believe this game still has the pants bug where the horse and the cart in the intro start going ape s*** and flying around.

    Makes me wonder if they even bothered to fix the broken quests!

    I have over 350 hours played in the game and have never seen that happen. Are you playing with FPS unlocked above 60?

    Yah the game doesn't handle above 60fps well... however someone found some edits in the .ini files fixes the funky physics for high fps monitors.

    If you use a value higher than 60fps with Vsync off, you'll need to use something to cap your FPS to the value you select.

    I tried fMaxTime=0.0111 and also 90fps cap and haven't seen any issues thus far! So far game stays locked at 90fps for me. I tried 120fps however was getting dips just below 100fps sometimes and preferred a solid framerate.

    In Skyrim.ini add a line for "fMaxTime" in the HAVOK section. Copy the value to your .ini file, leave off the "for ##fps" part.

    [HAVOK]
    fMaxTime=0.0166 for 60fps
    fMaxTime=0.0133 for 75fps
    fMaxTime=0.0111 for 90fps
    fMaxTime=0.0100 for 100fps
    fMaxTime=0.0083 for 120fps
    fMaxTime=0.0069 for 144fps
    fMaxTime=0.0042 for 240fps+

    [Display]
    iVSyncPresentInterval=0
