Okay, if you say so. I will reflash the bios soon. But maybe a "normal" bios without hbm overvoltage. I dont need the overvolt on hbm. Which bios is best just have the cores? Thank you
Don't worry about this Im All about OC but OC for long game sessions Its perfectly safe to have little bump on HBM 1.325v is small bump but make it stable as Heavens :infinity: Besides it pack HBM Strap tMOD to 400MHZ internal clock ! Wothout this bump you can't go beyond 525MHz HBM ! Trust me and just try for few weeks, then decide (i have it for almost a month and its OK) Also don't worry if you can't pass the 570MHz (i have it for gaming to 570, beyond that it artifact even on desktop ;-)) Good is to have 525 or 550 or 570.
Others reported better OC and less tW/Temps with my Custom BIOS. Try one of these new ones i posted on main page Test some and report back. 2 New BIOSES there: 1. with Good PL for OC 2. For long run and low temps (on this i have 1120/570 NP for long sessions gaming)
Okay will retry. The only thing thats not so good is the aggressive fan curve. The Temp target of 60 degrees is to low in my opinion. 2000 rpm to loud
Could you do me a big favor and create this BIOS with a 75 degree temp limit? If I change the temp limit with the fiji bios editor 1.2 the bios I creat cant be flashed for some reason. Next step is to overclock with the low power limit bios. Just for testing maybe the high pl and low pl bios with 75 degree limit? Thank you very much for all the great work!
How do you get 1120 core clock? The 250/220/200 Nitro OC bios you posted in main thread runs my core on 1,163 volts. 1100 mhz are insta crash
Hmm, sometimes H/W config is messing with some other things. try to use TRIXX, and in Crimson Turn ON Overclocking. Also i managed with this BIOS to run whole Firestrike in whooping 1150Mhz ! (Yup but that was lucky, without some other BIOS tweaks is very unstable/driver crash) Good for everyday use/gaming is 1070-1120Mhz + 525/550/570 HBM tMOD (My HBM bandwith is about 584GB/s !! with 570MHz tMOD) I have NP with Gaming on 1120/570 with this Low tW BIOS i have now But TBF i don't use that setting, the CPU is way to old for this Fiji HardWare. Now im Playing all Games with Max 933-1005/570 with Good looking Image Quality + Reshade 1.1/SweetFX All games runing very well, also im runing Witcher III with Ubersampling = 1  solid 60FPS (you got Witcher III Tweaks in my Thread) Hair OFF/AA Hair OFF rest on Ultra/High or Uber + customised .ini Shadows. My advise? try to find some good performing Settings and Play
Well i have flashed my BIOS with Onna's super cool BIOS,i have been testing somebios and managed to get 1080/500 with supercool temperatures around 50/55ยบ under full load playing battlefield 1 for exemple. I am still strugling to get the memory OC but i know we will get there. Thank you to Onna
THX Bratan' We need to remeber one thing: the Fiji is 2.5D Stacked GPU+gRAM Build and therefore messing to much with HBM voltages will affect Whole chip Temperatures Also i know that HBM don't like high voltages at all, and it will not OC even with highly bumped v ! Now we know one thing, if you can go higher than 525Mhz with tMOD HBM its cool, if you can't just leave it becouse even on 500MHz than HBM is a lot faster than standard Clocked 300Mhz/500 HBM. Now its 400MHz/500 !! its a lot believe me Next as for OC, we really don't need in Furys so much Mhz, we need Drivers to finally Mature :nerd: And i know that will happend sooner than later besides that some chips are much more 'stubborn' and it takes some good effort to go higher. Always try to give +15%Pow or even more: Like +25% or even 50% ! But if chip wont work on any of it, leave it and Play on OC that is stable and cool
Could you create me this 2 roms with 75 degree temp limit, to mess around with That would be really really awesome! I like it fast and Silent ;P
Its easy you can do it by yourself in a moment Download BIOS editor (in main pg.) and go to 4 Tab then Edit as you like My advise? leave that Low tW but edit the second: in 5th Tab = 260/250/240 and Temps give 70/100/8000/75 Leave rest alone, but if you need to edit v States you have screens for V Table in main pg. also
So I editied the Bios. 260/250/240 and 75/100/8000/80. So far so good. But I think 8000 ist to aggressive. In witcher 3 when you launch the map which is nearly no load the temperatur goes down. Then when you in game again the temps rises and the fan controler thinks its getting hotter so its pushes to 1800 rpm and the gpu is at 68 degree. So temp target is ignored. Will try with different values. I think I got a stable oc 1110/540. Everything above 540 hbm will artifact as f*ck But I have still the problem that I have not the right voltage. On stock it goes to 1.75 volts. In Afterburner I need to push +48 mv so it runs on stock 1.212 volt for the oc to work. But in WItcher 3 in Map its goes up to 1.256. Like it was in DPM6 when gaming and then dpm 7 in map Could I fix this somehow?
You have my Screens for all V States -> on my side it work perfectly, but all H/W are little different just try to find perfect Options and Yes you can give 6000 Hysteries for Temp.
New BIOS for Nano with tMOD and 1.4v on HBM (uff it's High enough for proper HBM OC) New BIOS for Nitro OC+ tMOD and 1.34v on HBM (if 1.25v is not enough for some GPUs) * Use with caution, check temps ! My Fast Mega Downloads (All files Here) All Moded BIOSes in My MODED BIOS directory
