I find the Call of Duty games boring 1 dimensional games full of promise and delivering none... yet lots of people enjoy those games. xD All the ships I want are soooo expensive! I found a planet that has these Albumen Pearl's inside what looks like those face hugger egg's from Aliens.. trying to make some money this way... keep getting scanned by pirates.. Always Carry Titanium!! to recharge shields.. Spoiler
I'm loving the game.....nearly 40 hours here too. Farming the crap outta Vortex cubes on this moon I found.....got into a 36 slot ship and been able to almost max out my suit slots.....so many drop pods on this little rock. I'll post screens tonight. Korvax run system so I miss my VyKeen buddies lol
Enjoying the game so far. 20hrs into it. I wished the planets environments were more varied. Every planet with liquid has the exact same looking liquid. I suppose were to assume H2O is the only form of liquid? Where are the volcanic active planets? Or even monstrous geysers? Big ass dust devils? Planets only covered in liquid? Every outpost, colony settlement looks exactly the same. Even the aliens you meet. Different races but they all look the same.
Bro it s obvious the world of gaming today is focused only on consoles, devs dont even care about pc version, but still people hide behind their fingers as if someone cares for pc, the only game i thought had pc version interest was the new doom, thats it even then u can see it s a console game first pc second, we ve just become a rare breed as pc gamers, look at Pro evolution soccer franchise, best example of console version focus and not even carinf abt pc as we will have a s**** dx9 port on pc for pes 2017...
If you're thinking about buying a ship, break down all upgrades you have. Ship prices scales up with upgrades you have and alien ships always have upgrades around your level. So, if you have no upgrades, alien ships also will have almost to none upgrades and price will be a lot lower. Also, all ships in space stations are the ones you will gonna find in crash sites. If you see a ship you want, go search for crash sites.
Seems to run ok....mind you im gaming at 2560x1440 so im prolly on the edge of the cards capabilities lol
Shiet, this is good info! A 44 slot ship landed on the space station which cost 45 mil, wonder what it would have cost without upgrades. OK, so search for crash sites on the planet closest to the space station? I've only found one crash site during my 17hr play and I've farmed a lot (at least it feels like it).
Low flight (including underwater and free look) mod: nomansskymods.com/mods/lowflight-by-hytek-packed/ Beware that it's incompatible with mods that modify GCSPACESHIPGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN and pop-in and collision detection bugs can be an issue flying so close to the ground.
Yeah it seems, every time you enter a system, game loads, let's say, 10 ship variations and it will not change while you are staying in that system. So, wherever you go, you will see same ships variations. After looking more into this, it also seems that some ships are rarer than others, I was staying at couple of space stations and just looking for ships and there are like ships models that are plain ugly and landing constantly and then there are some ships that are really cool looking but you see them like once in 10-20 minutes and this affects how often you found then in crash sites. Here is a couple of them: Spoiler And my current ship is this one: Spoiler
Reading that makes me pine for Stargate Universe Season 3 because it reads like a synopsis of the series. And what a great series it was too (IMO).
I could be wrong, but from what I've been told from a couple buddies that have the game they say the v1 pass can only be found from an alien in certain space stations...
