I recently purchased a gigabyte gtx 1070, only to find out that it won't fit in my case. I own the Cooler Master Storm Scout (first version, not the second one).

However, it looks like the cage housing several hard drives could be removed and the hard drives could maybe be relocated.

anyone (especially the ones that own this case) have any suggestions?

I also thought that maybe I should buy a new case and swap everything out from my old to my new case. This would be a last resort in case my first idea doesn't work.

    Hi there

I remember have owned CM Storm Scout V1 which hasn't been biggest case and there I've struggled too with GTX280 or GTX260

Due this I later bought HAF and HAF 932...

I would have look on bit bigger case there if you want to use GTX1070 and I would rather post question in Nvidia section or General

    Hope this helps

    Thanks,Jura

Can your hard drives fit in the upper section? I might be tempted to remove the drive cage and cut out a section large enough for the card to fit and then put it back. All depends on what you really want in truth.....If you like the case a lot just mod it.
