How is your eligibility to vote verified if not by ID?

At least some states (I don't know about all of them) require you to obtain state issued photo ID to even register to vote. My state charges $10 for a state issued photo ID, which is required by state law to have anyway.

Here, you just give your name and address.
No ID needed, but you can't vote twice and claims of voter ***** aren't as common.

It will never happen. I can't imagine people are that stupid. The most common argument I hear is they will elect him because they would rather pick the person who is easier to get rid of later if it doesn't work out. It doesn't quite work that way folks.

my problem is, None of the candidates are worthy because none have a prior Military service. If you want to run a country, you need to know how to run its primary defense. especially with the east trying VERY hard to infiltrate and subdue us.

ANDDDD in my honest opinion, unless you served in your country's military, you just wont respect your homeland like a serviceman/woman would

I suppose that's the thing with a presidential system - it ends up that you're essentially voting for a person instead of a political ideology.

Our system is basically the same as yours, but you register to vote based on your address. You add your name to the electoral roll, and you get a polling card with your name / address on it - you need to show this to the poling officer when you go to vote. Homeless people can register at a temporary address (such as a shelter), or declare they have a local connection and register that way.

So yeah. If you're homeless, I imagine it's quite difficult.

Trump will not cause a nuclear incident. If anything hawkish carelessness when dealing with North Korea or Russia is more likely to cause something. Especially in the latter case with the encirclement going on. Then there's IS and Al Qaeda getting their hands on nuclear material. Somehow Trump's responsible for that too.

 

Not really a fan of Clinton and dislike Trump, but the second Trump picked Pence, it made me lean towards Clinton. Pence is a religious lunatic.
