For my 5870M the last best driver was 15.11.1 beta. Any of the Crimson drivers cause my fan to not operate properly.

Then I suggest 15.7 WHQL, since it should install on anything

You have a complex case because you are running 2 legacy cards.

For the iGPU you need the old legacy driver. I will call these legacy legacy drivers:

If you need legacy legacy drivers:

and for your 5650m you need 15.11 or 16.2.1 legacy. You can try the UnifL variation which comes with a few enhancements such as profiles unlock.

Or better yet i would try to disable the iGPU in the BIOS and just use the dGPU (5650m) with the latest available drivers 16.2.1 legacy.

If you do not have the option of switching off the iGPU in your BIOS then you need to look for a BIOS mod that unlocks Advanced Settings. They can be easily found on MDL or BIOS-mods. Just search Google for your BIOS zip name /file name or the SPxxxxx number on MDL / BIOS-mods
