Why? You can't select the DeMarco skin already!? :3eyes: Or I'm now in charge to debug TGOT's mod (or whatever mix you're using)? :p Anyway ok, I've replaced Clothing_SP.DefaultSkin.SP_Cloth_Store_Aiden_01 with DeMarco, here it is: items.lib
If you see it "all screwed up" even with ONLY the clean latest patch without mods that your game files are corrupted, otherwise if you see it "all screwed up" with the latest patch files and ANY mod while without mods it works fine then it's OBVIOUSLY caused by the mod itself (the leftover TGOT attempts). ;) Either way the simple clothing swap works perfectly fine, so there's nothing to "fix" in a simple NPC mod, you better selectively delete all the character textures and .bin materials of your current mod files untill you see your DeMarco not "all screwed up". :)

PS: I don't know about Defalt, I've never used it nor I want, whatever test you want to do just delete any mod except the NPC mod and check if it's fine, it's a pretty foolproof way to see if the problem is in your mod files.

I'm a little behind schedule, but the mod is in the works. I still need to make the shop icons for the NPCs and add the two new custom outfits.

    exacelt,
If TGOT used the original graphickit model file for deMarco then you should look for an xml in items.lib with this line in it:

    <field name="graphickitmodelModel" type="BinHex">BFE34345</field>

Anyone knows how to swap NPC models to another?

Almost done with the new version. Some icons missing and Bixxen's head model is screwed up, probably a left-over from an earlier experiment... Still have to include the Division agent and the Punisher from The Silver.

DeMarco is fine, but Defalt has that small hole in his back.

Wow, congrats! What do you need to do to go? Attending Ubi's conference would be a dream come true.

    Enjoy Watch Dogs 2's announcement!

I made some WatchDogs videos and streamed regularly. Meanwhile i posted a lot on the subreddit and eventually became a mod. I guess all of these led to Ubi keeping an eye on me and so i got invited. It shocked me when they sent me that email :D

    Getting pretty close now... youtube

Made an "alpha" build, if anyone wants to try it, it's on the first page.

Does anyone know how can I convert StringID to BinHex? In other words, I find the id in the part file but I can't find a way to convert it to the id used in model files

You mean convert a value to another thats starting with 0x? Thats a simple byte reverse.

    Great work!
Hey, can you upload v3 to https://openload.co/ or other site? I can't download from mediafire.

Haha I can't either when I'm at work, stupid security. I'll upload it somewhere else when I get home.

Wait for the final version! At the moment it still lacks of my Punisher skin, but everything should be completed soon. :)

I can't seem to find the punisher outfit after installing this mod. Where is it? It isn't in the shop.

Nevermind. I found it when I used your patch.dat instead of just loose files.

I'll check the files... Maybe i forgot to update shopsettings.lib when creating the loose.
