Does anyone know how to stop this popping up? I've disabled updates in both RT and AB but it still pops up every time I boot.

Check the settings. There should be an option to select if you want to check for updates on start up or not. It should be under the first tab.

It's doing it to me every time I boot my computer now. Started a few days ago. I've always had never check for updates "unchecked" plus never check for betas also. Me thinks Alex may need to tweak something someday.

I was getting it occasionally, probably the per week that was set, I set it to never check yesterday, and got the error this morning again

Maybe the "Never" setting is bugged, gonna switch it to monthly and see what happens

I set mine to monthly a few days ago and it didn't make a difference for me.

Weirdly, if I press the "Update now" button, it says I'm running the latest, so it's definitely contacting the update server

MSI Afterburner checks correctly the update server. The error is coming from RTSS.
Disable the update check if you are annoyed by the message pop-up. :)

    ^^^ this

Long time ago I've disabled check for updates both on MSI AB and RTSS, they have separate settings for update check.

Breaking news: Since disabling the 'correct' update check setting, in the 'correct' program, I have not seen any further error popups lol

Aren't the 2 combined now so there is no need to check separately?Possibly why it errors on the RTSS check.

My RiviaTuner hasn't been update since Dec. 2015. Is there a way to update it or, not?
