Awesome, thank you so much! It's exactly what I was looking for.

Though rain duration is slightly increased, I think. But it's ok. I loved it.

What are those improvements that you implemented from your Lite v2? I noticed there are some things that remain unfixed (like the sun appearing when you trigger a blackout while raining at daytime). But I don't mind about this. I don't know if it can be fixed only with that xml file, but don't worry, I'm completely fine as it is. Only thing I care is the wetness/puddles, which by the way...

...I think I may have exaggerated a little. Puddles take now 110 minutes to completely disappear, which is almost exactly the same than the usually longest time gap between one rain and another. Which of course means that you'll have puddles on the floor pretty much all the time. Puddles are awesome to watch, but I think they should dry sometime.

Could you make the exact same mod (the one that you assembled today for me) many times with only the following changes?

    Mod#1:
-Puddles. 2 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.
-Wetness. 2.5 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.

    Mod#2:
-Puddles. 1.5 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.
-Wetness. 2 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.

    Mod#3:
-Puddles. 2.5 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.
-Wetness. 2 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.

    Mod#4
-Puddles. 2 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.
-Wetness. 1.5 times longer than in your original Lite V1 mod.

That way I could see what combination fits better with me.

Of course, you can feel free to send me your PayPal account.

I assume that the thing about the Sun's Glare can't be done, right?

Have a great weekend everyone! And thank you TXGT and Exacelt!

Hey txgt did you try it yet? Also do you think you could make a vanilla night sky version as well? Relaunch day, vanilla night

I'll get to it tomorrow. Relaunch day, vanilla night - very easy, just need to copy the right values.

Thank you for your appreciation. I'll send you my PayPal. Feel free to donate as much as you want.

I already fixed The Blackout/Sun issue in E3 Lite mod v1.3. I included the fixed "environmentlighting.lib" in the archive.

Here, I think you'll like it this time: https://goo.gl/jCxQS4

Here's the E3 Day sky + Vanilla Night sky: https://goo.gl/WiSZ3e

It wasn't as easy as I thought it would. Needed to delete some values for better morning/evening transitions.

Turns out TheWorse took the values from "E3.Clear_Sky.xml" not from "Relaunch2012.Clear_Sky.xml".

Just in case: you need to use vanilla "clouds.lib" in order for it to look like vanilla night sky.

Also I recommend you to use some of theses Sun Godrays mods (sun_flare_tod_color.xbt): https://goo.gl/qcee95
The Vanilla Godrays have green tint.

In the meantime I'm gonna work on the Blue-ish Night Sky.

    Stay tuned!

Thanks! But which settings did you use?

Could you make "V3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4" with the settings that I expressed? Sorry to bother you, really.

Thanks man! Great job, already looks better than before. Thanks for the godrays recommendation too, I didn't like the green ones.
Looking forward to your blue version. By the way, how can I make the night sky a little brighter? Or is that complicated too?

Great. Would it be too much work to do the other three? Again, sorry to bother you.

TheWorse mod have darker exposure values, so it makes the sky darker too. In Vanilla it's very bright. I can try one fast method, if it works I will upload today.

    Tomorrow.

Ah yes that's why it's too dark for me. Ok cool.

Tell me what you think (in-game brightness at 50):

    Vanilla sky:

    Blue-ish sky:

Keep in mind that in the city it will be slightly darker, since the exposure reacts to street lights and makes the game darker when you around them.

Yeah looks good! I like to play in low brightness so I think the blue sky would be perfect, as vanilla sky is too dark for me atm.

Ok now that I tried it it does seem a bit too bright, but the color is perfect. Also the brighter vanilla sky is a huge improvement. Do you think you could make one last adjustment to the blue sky, make it almost as dark as your brighter vanilla?
