Nearly every game there is, runs better on an intel cpu than an amd one.

Thanks but if I want some good old fashioned troll, I will look for Emsir.
Anyway, I had seen some benches where the minimum FPS with a R9 290X@default clocks in 1080P/Ultra was 57, so I was wondering why I had dips in the 30s sometimes. But since it happens with a 5820K too, I guess this is not that much related to my peasant CPU.

    Game loading assets perhaps?

And stating that games runs better on intel cpus has nothing to do with trolling, it is how thinks work and has been so for quite awhile, whether you like it or not. So do yourself a favor, and refrain from insulting others and calling them trolls if their opinions differ from yours.

Also benchmark don't speak the whole truth, unless the benchmark shows gameplay of a whole game.

Frostbite engine runs pretty well on AMD CPUs (at least on BF3 & BF4) i don't think the CPU is the problem.
With my system i don't have any dips, but the crossfire is totally broken, the amount of micro-stuttering is HORRIBLE !. I like the game but i can't play it with one 7970 a 50FPS, my monitor overclock to 80hz and i get used to play games at 80FPS

Everybody knows games run better on Intel CPUs 9 times out of 10. That would not explain a ~100% difference in performance in this game. But since that Intel guy experienced it too, I feel relieved.

My opinion does not differ from yours about the CPUs, I'm not blind. Still, I'm here to talk about Need For Speed performance. Thus, your comment was just useless and sounded like pure trolling to me, whether you like it or not so please refrain from trolling if you don't want to be called a troll.

Do you use Vsync ? Vsync eats about 10 fps in this game on my setup (in situations where fps were below my refresh rate ofc). That's sad but I can't bear the tearing.

I told you Guys, crappy Port EOD
Timed exclusive for con$oles + Ghost games = CRAP
Don't blame INtel/AMD/nMilk or Radeons for It :D

    PS.
Please don't take this personally. I love NFS very much but we don't have Proper Next-Gen NFS for a long time now.
The MW/Rivals are good games but nothing more, Play and forget, what we need is a game like old NFS games that lasts for >100h + normal Multi. Period :nerd:

No problem. I spoke to a couple of the guys and it seems they thought Crossfire was working. I guess they thought "Hey, Frostbite" and just implemented the usual technique.

Hopefully it shouldn't be too long :)

With crossfire enabled i have a avg of 40ms and spikes of 80ms on the frametime graph ONLY when I drive.

And now it became a "Nvidia the way it's meant to be played" title with the latest update.

What you mean? Performance is better and smoother after latest update + 16.3.2 driver for me.

When you launch the game now, before the GHOST logo, you got a "Nvidia the way it's meant to be played" screen. It wasn't there before.

As for the performance, the framerate is still very shaky for me.

They also run better on a discreet GPU instead of an integrated one. :D

    Couldn't resist :D

You know there was a time when your card wasn't working and you just didn't know what to do, till baking saved it. I was being nice back then and didn't tease you, but you are mean. :(
