I think this driver is for the users who had issues installing the previous driver when multiple monitor was used.

I use a single monitor on a HDMI connection and had big problems with the last driver.

Using driver uninstaller in safe mode fixed the problem but I'm not sure why they're saying the issue was only with multiple monitors.

The multiple monitor issue was more than just the typical installation problems, it resulted in system crashes / BSOD.
It was quite important to fix fast for NVIDIA.

    Which is what I had:

The point I was trying to make was that everyone was saying these crashes/BSOD were only multi monitor configs and that was not the case for me.

Not sure what to say man, its what NVIDIA told. Maybe you had the same problem or a quite similar one. At least you seem to be fine now and that's the important thing.

Yes definitely, just a pain losing all the settings each time, that's what puts me off doing a clean install with each driver which I know I really should.

Thanks for posting the driver , i think i will wait for a few hours and see if these are problem free in regards to the problems with the previous drivers :) Time will tell , anyway good that they released these so soon .

Is this really a WHQL? I thought it should have been a Hot Fix driver so soon.

Edit: Does Nvidia NVCP works now? With the previous driver I had no BSODS etc but the Nvcp did not came up every time I selected it on desktop.

Nvidia seems to have pulled both these drivers from their site.

only 362.00 is available from the .com site.

364.51 is available on the site under Beta and it's listed as a beta driver and not a HF or WHQL driver.

364.47 worked fine for me and that's with 2 monitors and a HDTV with HDMI.

No idea why some people had issues while others never.

It will become WHQL later. nVidia just had to throw this one out quickly so that people can play The Division.

Ok couldn't wait all installed fine this time no problems at all , but i did use DDU in safe mode to clean out the old drivers ...........Well done to them for a fast fix..............

Yey 2560x1440p native @ 144hz connected with displayport and at last DSR finally works, that was a long wait for that one :)

I get a massive slowdown with this and the last game ready driver. Every game I've tried (XIV, SCII, SWTOR) all run at 10-20 fps. I tried a DDU and reinstalled and still have the same problem.

Clean install, bah.. I haven't done a clean install in years, nor have I used a driver uninstaller, and I've never had a problem.
