Metal Gear Solid 5 confirmed for PC

I've spent well over 150 hours playing so far. 60% of the game fully completed. Invading other players FOB's is always fun, as you never know if they will try to protect the base or not.

 

Sure, the gameplay is ABYSMAL. That's why it has a 93 metacritic score and is the second most popular game on the whole site for user reviews, with an average score of 9.2 ...MGS V's is 7.5 for PC and 8.1 for consoles by the way.

and this is coming from a huge MGS fan. I've bought every game since the 1st and love the series. Phantom Pain is overall a great game, due to it's gameplay mechanics, but it's side missions were just copy and pastes of previous missions as filler. Just look at the side mission list....

and they all take place in the same areas of the game that you played through from the main story, just with respawned guards.

Plus the story itself is incomplete and has a crap ending. Unlike Witcher 3, which was one of the most satisfying conclusions to a game in recent memory.

 

I walked into this thread to hear whether this game was good or not and saw someone say Witcher 3 was boring and had bad graphics.......I'm going to slowly step away because this thread is just full of crazy.

 

Hideo Kojima's fanboys are mad because Witcher 3 is overall better game than Hideo Kojima's game MGSV which is also produced by Hideo Kojima.

You know I've had Ground Zeroes for a year or something. I even got it free again on X1. Maybe just maybe I should finish that and get TPP

 

Wiitcher 3 is not a good choice oriented sequel, like mass effect, however if you treat witcher 3 as The Witcher, then it deserves all the positive feedback.

As for TPP, I think the base game was okay upto 50% of the way. After 25% into the game it feels like a strange clone of borderlands and far cry 2. On fone now, so cant explain any better.

 

Metal Gear Solid V won Best Action/Adventure Game at this years The Game Awards.

Konami’s stock has started dropping after it was found out Hideo Kojima was not allowed to attend The Game Awards this year to accept the Best Action/Adventure Game award in person.

While it was repetative, it certainly deserves the award.

Konami can sod off though. I wont be buying anymore games from them, but il also be waiting for a few months to see the real reviews of Kojima's next game.

MGSV started off great, but quickly showed that it was really just a load of nonsense with a terrible story.
