    Not to worry. I've added a couple of things to make it easier to know what to do.

    TOG (You now have an acronym :)), I haven't tried your app yet but have been following this thread closely.

    What tweaks would you say are crucial? Absolutely must haves?

    Half the tweaks they don't even have a clue what they do, or provide any screenshot comparisons or benchmarks. Try enabling the shader cache globally, other than that I would recommend just leaving stuff alone.

    No my Bro, I have a clue what almost everything does :D (don't forget that :eatme2: )

    @mR Yellow

    http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=398484

    "PP_MCLKStutterModeThreshold"=dword:00000255
    "StutterMode"=dword:00000000
    "DisableDMACopy"=dword:00000001
    "DisableBlockWrite"=dword:00000000
    "EnableBlockWrite"=dword:00000001

    for DX9
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentSize"=dword:0x4
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentOptions"=dword:0x7

    Rest is for Quality mostly, so no FPS boost ;-) But when you give HQ Aniso the textures are way better IMO

    Thanks, man awesome tool! Now it's a matter of a couple of clicks to enable/disable ULPS on my notebook! I had to restart everyrime I wanted to toggle it on/off.

    I used speedfan to confirm it's indeed working: when ULPS is on, GPU sensor temps get to 0 ºC as the Radeon GPU is turned off to save power. Thanks you very much mate :thumbup:

    re: blockwrite,
    so i've heard over time that it's supposed to be "disableblockwrite" or "enableblockwrite",
    but not both. are you just changing both of these as a shotgun approach because we're
    not sure which one actually works?

    re: DX9,
    in your thread, you have these options set as
    Code:
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentSize"=dword:0000041 4
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentOptions"=dword:0000041 7
    (not sure what those spaces are, they are in your original post).
    in RadeonMod, these are set as
    Code:
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentOptions"=dword:00000007
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentSize"=dword:04000000
    Which is the proper setting? In your thread, it seems like you're supposed to put the KMD
    keys where everything else is, but RadeonMod puts them into a \services\amdkmdap key.

    Sorry guys for my ignorance: Will this tool get any better for a graphic designer using apps like Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects plus Autodesk apps?

    Will a modded driver help on this? Where I can get it?
    Thanks so much in advance for your help.

    i don't advice it, my logic is that you would want stability so you don't loose your work while executing these apps right?

    in working scenarios for me is

    stability > speed.

    Have anyone reported the shader cache issue to AMD yet?

    Flip queue. Dithering. Shader Cache. Custom Resolutions. LodAdj. ULPS. The power saving options could be useful in certain situations. DX9 tweaks. StutterMode/StutterModeThreshold has been known to improve performance slightly. The Tessellation options are useful. You can save profiles so you can always quickly change through different settings to test or after a driver install.
    For CCC the enhancements can be useful.

    I haven't spent that much time benchmarking things, I've been too busy fixing bugs so that it works for everyone.

    It's nice to know the effort put into writing the program was not wasted...

    Thanks :)

    I don't think they wanted it enabled for every single application that's able to have their shaders cached.

    Anyone here tried changing the flip queue size to 1 while using crimson drivers on dota 2 or csgo? Is there a difference? Also what is the name of FSQ here? Thanks!

    Under Options uncheck Show Real Names, it helps.
    I've tried 1 and noticed a difference but it could placebo. It would be great if you gave it a go and let us know how it worked for you.

    You'll need to use Latest updates (check FAQ)
    Radeon will Utilise OpenCL for some programs: Photoshp/Premiere etc. but i think you'll need at last CS6 or That new One CC :)

    Yep it paste it like that.
    Now i have Proper one (to import):

    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentSize"=dword:0x4
    "KMD_APlusISharedMiniSegmentOptions"=dword:0x7

    ThX for pointing it out, now it's Proper.
    I've read about it in Overclockers ;-)

    For those who haven't figured out the shader cache, Global Settings - Shader Cache=Amd Optimized, means that it is disable for most programs and games. Turn Global Settings - Shader Cache=off, then make a profile for your game or program and turn shader cache on. Open C:/users/%user%/appdata/local/amd/dx cache. Verify File.

    Thanks for making tweaks easier to apply!

    You can also set it on globally. It's under the Info in RadeonMod.

    You're welcome :)

    Just tried it out multiple times, I "think" it makes a difference. I tried it out in CSGO, Dota 2 and Skyrim. It's much more noticeable in CSGO. Also I only need to change the "Flip Queue Size Default" option right? Not "Flip Queue Size" and
    "Flip Queue Size Set"?

    Anyone else tried with FQS with 1 using the Crimson drivers?

    I change both both Default and the standard value so it doesn't get reset on reboot.
    Set isn't important for what you want to do.

    All good right?

    [IMG]

    Also if I didn't backup the registry at first, a simple uninstall then install of the drivers would do the trick right?
