Geforce game ready driver 359.00 whql

I would like to see that too.
This driver performs very well in Armored Warfare.

 

I beta tested and used W7 from the start and went through all the problems with drivers. By my own estimates it took around 2yrs before things settled-down.

I can't afford to waste time now so won't be going through that again.

Good luck to all you w10 early adopters...you're gonna need it and lots of patience.

 

Seems like they didn't fix Win10 for Fermi, this is one big difference:

I just reinstalled windows10 fresh with the release of TH2 a week ago. I did also use DDU to clean install these drivers and to go back to previous drivers.

 

After owning MX vs ATV Reflex for a few years it's finally working with my current gfx card. It never worked properly with GTX570 or GTX680M (low fps/performance unplayable).

Games I've tried that also seem to work fine;

Batman Arkham City
GTA V
CSGO
COD:AW
Dirt Rally
Wolfenstein: TNO
Bioshock Infinite
The Witcher 2 AOKEE
Rage

Decent driver so far, no crashes.

 

maybe it's an hdmi issue? I'm on DVI still.

 

That is a good point it may be. My monitor only has hdmi and vga so can't test dvi. Maybe I'll try vga as a test.

Normally I create a macrium reflect backup when updating drivers but last few times I've been lazy and didn't, otherwise I'd go back to the image where it was working. Guess I've learned my lesson to always do the image first.

 

So far so good. Fallout 4, Arma 3 seems to run smooth.

 

Haven't had any crashes, runs all games so far pretty smooth. Keepers

 

Project cars still stuttering after 3 laps on windows 10, and control panel with multiple screens and custom resolutions still wonky. Win7 works fine, back to that.

 

Keepers for me too, not too shabby.

The Amazing Spiderman 2 still needs fix for mouse cursor which has a black square graphical error that may also cause extreme jitter/slow-down whenever the mouse cursor is used in the game.

after hours of testing yesterday (it literally took me the entire day -.-) i went back to the 356.04 driver 359.00 is the same **** like all other drivers from nvidia ! more microstutter then the 356.04, slightely better performance (+-1fps) but less smoothness due to the microstutter -.-

and in fallout 4 i got major stuttering whilst running around fast. after crosscomparing this with the 356.04 driver i also got this on the 356.04 driver but much less and i fixed it with the ifpsclamp command that fixed the framesync perfectly for me. now i'm enjoying a buttersmooth fallout 4 on the 356.04 driver with zero microstuttering or other issues

performancewise for fallout 4 the 356.04 was around 1-2 fps better than the 359.00

edit: oh btw nvidia.. i was a lifelong fan and you really destroyed your reputation in my eyes completely within the last year. i actually hate you now because of the driver mess since at least half a year. i wanted to buy a nvidia pascal next year but i decided that i won't upgrade my pc at all because i'm not paying a small fortune for such horrible low quality drivers you make right now... as i'm not buying amd/ati also since at least 5 years because of their drivers back then (and i doubt their drivers are better these days. they never cared ^^) i've no other option than just not upgrading at all. just wanted to let you know that (if at all anyone from nvidia reads this) because i'm beyond frustration in terms of driver quality right now.. i've wasted days on trying to get good drivers only because you can't code

I just installed it without internet connection.

 

they are offered on geforce.com as whql

 

lol, I have error 'cannot continue' everytime I try to install this driver on fresh Windows 10 x64.. Tried it on 2 computers.. 358.91 is working fine.

 

Try with 'clean install' flagged.
It will fail again, reboot your system, and install again.

It worked for me.
