So have the update but its not downloading, deleted the downloads folder etc. Updates just stuck at 0%

then tried the media creation tool, after choosing upgrade or iso download its stuck at getting things ready.

downloaded the iso at work, mounted it via windows explorer it asks for a key and my win 7 keys doesnt work :( :( how now??

Use a gVLK key to pass install, and try adding your Win 7 key once you're at the desktop

    Ladies,

I downloaded the update through windows update today.

I have a question that i´d be most greateful if anyone knows the answer.

Can i use my windows 8 upgrade key directly to activate w10 if i decide to format my pc using the latest w10 iso?

    Thanks.

If you're running Pro, go to your WIndows Update settings (Settings>WU>Advanced Options), and enable Defer Upgrades. Will delay threashold upgrades for several months (as the option's designed for business computers that require stability), and that means you'll be upgrading less often.

Do you have a check in the box next to "defer upgrades" under the advanced options menu? If you do, that explains why you aren't seeing any updates.

The Renaissance of the Enterprise PC
Most enterprise PCs today are stranded in a world of complexity. (induced by all the unwanted services and "apps" included in windows that no one ever use)
Over the last few years, our expectations of devices and the workplace has changed. People want devices they can touch (stop with the touching, no one want to touch anything else than a keyboard and a mouse at work) with an experience that spans personal with professional use (are you crazy ? not everyone is a "forum moderator" or "celebrity blogger" there are serious jobs in life too) with continuously updated software that simply just works and is secure (continous totally unreliable and unencrypted highway to an enterprise private data) connection. They demand the opportunity to use their own devices in the workplace, and the apps they know and love. (yeah and they want to watch pron and play video games too 1) you're supposed to work at work 2) I don't know any company for which sharing confidential data is okay and that's the case of win10 and I'm not even talking about all the whatsapp, viber, whatever that are all trojans selling your info and communications to unknown parties

Samsung says "yes please use our phones and apps you love at your job especially if your work for TSMC or any other foundry, have a nice day!"
(if you missed the news Samsung stole technology from TSMC without that they would be years behind them)

I installed the TH2 technical preview a week ago.

Do I still need to update or is it basically the same version?

    Here is my current build
