The embargo on the embargo is just stating that as of today, places could post what time their reviews will go up.

And, as for the embargo itself... it doesn't mean anything either. Bethesda has has review embargos on all recent releases.
DisHonored, both Wolfenstein titles, The Evil Within... Skyrim. They've been using review embargos for a long time as a means of trying to keep spoilers to a minimum.

Unless you get a 'Invalid Depot Config' error msg which seems to have no real resolution on the Steam Support Page. Said it before and Ill say it again Steam is Fuc*ing Sh*te.

 

Tempted by this but is the overall aim of the game to end up with a big suite of power armour and that's it?

I like the fact you can build a base etc and have trade routes plus there seems to be a stealth element.

p.s liked playing as thief in Skyrim which I think was done quite well..so hopefully Bethesda have done this with F4
