Just because something works for you, doesn't mean that hundreds, thousands if not tens of thousands have problems. But with the level of intellect you've displayed here, I wouldn't be surprised if you had the same problems and just didn't notice, or are such a fanboy idiot with a crappy PC that you don't want to admit you had problems (nor a crap PC).

The end result is.No matter if it works or doesn't.Play the game, finish it but make sure you ask for your money back,else they will not learn from their mistakes and we will be getting even worse ports in the future.

I also don't have a top-tiered PC, though mine is definitely above mainstream, and the game is a stuttering mess even at 1080p. Even my G-SYNC monitor can't hide it, which points not to GPU processing issues, but game-engine problems. Glad that it's not a total mess for everybody though, maybe I'll pick this game up when it reaches end-of-life in a few years and it's on sale for $5.99, for now, my refund is pending. Got so many games in the queue that I'm not sad over this.

 

no SLI in a gameworks title? Urgh! If I want to play at 4k maxed is there any chance of me doing this with 2x980tis? Was thinking buy it then finish it then refund it just because I can.

 

Normally, no. But in this special situation they have offered it. Best bet, if you can't find any reliably news on the web for it, would be to contact steam support.

 

what happens to those who bought a graphic card because it came with 2 games and one of them being batman that doesnt work right for some?

 

I'm afraid they won't refund you any money or credit, as you didn't spend any. Those keys are from a different lot than the 'retail' ones I think.

Game is running great here, 60 fps with minor dips to 57 when in bat mobile

 

Be warned, Steam are telling me they cannot refund by my payment method and that they can only give me a Steam Wallet Credit.

Doesn't this make a mockery of giving my money back if they do so in a form that I can only spend with them?

 

Funny that is the first and probably the last game I pre-order. Patiently I was waiting for proper fixes, but now over 4 months later is still unplayable. I will be going over at GameStop to get my refund this week, such a shame, I am a huge fan of all the previous 3 games and was really looking forward to play this one.
