Thanks, I am interested to see that the first highlight of the driver is "performance optimizations".

Vastly superior. With 15.9 I was getting the black screen at startup (except it didn't end up going into Windows), that doesn't seem to be an issue now. Also, the MPDN media player that I had issues with (when having certain customised options) and Firefox issues are all gone.

So, 15.9.1 is for me, vastly superior to 15.9. If anyone is running 15.9 I would suggest upgrading just in case.

Just hope my weird 7850 agrees with these, it's been a very picky card about windows 10 for some reason with 2d issues (anything 3d/games is fine) thanks OP

    Installed the 15.9.1
Still having issues. In 15.9 the catalyst control center would not work at all, now with the 15.9.1 it works but only until the next time the pc is restarted. Then it's non functional.
Also noticed performance loss in Gta 5 the fps remains as before but get some huge stutters.
Also the colour isn't the same seems like I can't get it set correctly. Going back to 15.8 for now.

    These drivers are very bad.

Most of the cards of R9 300 Series crash on DX11 games in Windows 10 or Windows 7/8 if running with any hardware acelerated apps in background since june till now.

There's even a topic for 3 months in their message board.

I just can't link it because this is my very first post.

Hope AMD get serious on drivers engineering instead of playing with it.

    1.20 Ghz Core
    1.65 Ghz Memory

My word, those are impressive clock speeds. If I could push that with my 7970, I wouldn't even need to upgrade at the end of the year. Could probably last me another year with my 4790K @ 4.7Ghz.

But mine will not budge above 1050Mhz Core & 1400 Mhz Memory. Those are the absolute stable limits. 1 Mhz increase on either and instability begins.

God I absolutely hate Gigabyte for hardware voltage locking this GPU (unlike other manufacturers). :bang:

Is dxdiag showing proper feature levels with these drivers for you guys?
