Fixed it by doing a clean install. Must be something about Windows 10. On Windows 10 the drivers worked perfectly fine 9 times out of 10 without a clean install.

There isn't. There are a lot of very questionable UX choices in Win10. I'm missing the desktop in Alt-Tab for example. Win-P panel behavior is different is well - and not in a better way. With Snap on sides you just have to learn to control the speed with which you move a window to a secondary display - it doesn't snap when you do this fast enough.

Yeah, this "joy" doesn't help me in the slightest as I don't have a habit of controlling windows with a keyboard. And I have to push an arrow FOUR TIMES to get a window to a secondary screen and then maximize it there. It's way faster with a mouse.

The whole Snap thing should have a lot more customization options.

This on the other hand is a real improvement and a very big one for those who usually work with several windows open.

    compared in windows 7 x64... comparison about 353.49 x 353.62 x 353.82 and 355.60

very better performance in 353.49 and 353.82 in gta 5... project cars and wwe 2k15... in project cars and wwe is almost 10fps

I have terrible fps with my GTX 580 in Team Fortress 2 (DX9) on Windows 10 with 355.60 and for some reason it won't utilize the 3D-clocks as usual which causes serious lag and stutter — rolling back to 353.82 for now at least.

I have less fps with the driver in Thief. BF 3-4 works fine. I may install 353.82 too, since i haven't tired it yet.

It's funny how a modified quadro driver runs smoother than the latest official WHQL — why is that?

I was wondering the same, the Quadro drivers are the best drivers I used since installing windows 10. everything was smoother and faster and all benches higher as well, I think im going back to them.

Maybe because of the branch focus . Nvidia trying different stuff every time.

Anyway, i am just waiting for kinda cool weather not this extreme hot one and DX 12 driver, then i will move finally to SSD

Found an issue with this branch that does not affect the last version of the Windows 10 drivers (don't remember the number).

In F.E.A.R the shadows go all buggy and flickery when moving about.

No mods, nothing extra, happens at any resolution.

Happens on my system and my girlfriends system, both running 980ti's.

Anyway i would not bother my self and i can say you as well(including many of us) about the Fermi DX 12 driver if we got some proper info. Unfortunately Nvidia rep is ignoring our query .

Hm I had that occasionally, not so bad though.

Try this, in nvcpl FEAR profile set:
    - 1 or 2 frames to render ahead, don't leave app controlled
    - prefer max. perf.
-anisotropic filtering, manual and 16xAF (ingame set trilinear)
    - threaded opt- off

Its mostly frames to render ahead issue, 2-3 will have it more or always.. Also driver dependent..

I booted up my PC this morning and the Firefox scroll blur bug is back. Is there a specfic setting that causes it?

Unless you're using Fire Fox 41.0b1 BETA, GPU accelerated graphics is disabled.
You can check this by typing about:support in the address box and see if it is enabled.
