dont know if this is any use. but you can go from a 32 bit win 7/8 to a 64 bit 10 but only after you install and activate the upgrade which licenses your machine. then if you can get hold of a 64 bit ISO media you can boot from it and install that over the top and remove the old windows using disk cleaner. just skip any part where it asks for a key and it will activate once all installed, but only if your machine has activated before on the 32 bit version.
Disabling driver updates for Windows 10 Home users: Right click on start button then select system Click on Advanced system settings then Hardware tab then Device Installation Settings and change to No etc.
So like XP version of disabling automatic updates, in the similar way, it doesn't work.....Hmmm.... How to do it in 10 Home properly?
Nice one OP! Where do you find time for all those post/threads here on G3D... Don't tell me gf has left you Once again thanks a lot for all these useful tips for W10! Mods, give this thread a sticky!

Watch out man, don't neglect your "duties" about her because of 150 post/day on G3D, otherwise you're it's gonna be a "hand job" if she left you
