I cannot confirm this. Have 15.7.1 installed with Firefox 39 and Hardware Acceleration enabled. No crashes with your link or ten Tabs open.

PS: I'm not using Adobe Flash however.

Update: No no VSR option in CCC while my normal PLE2403WS is connected via VGA-VGA cable (with DVI to VGA adapter on GPU output), but I've just had VSR option show for our LG 32H3000 TV (upto 2560x1440, native 1080p) using a DVI (type D, single link variation) to HDMI. :)

I still only have VSR option on my DVI connected monitors.
And not on my DisplayPort monitor.

No, it has nothing to do with Flash. It's something with the Firefox hardware acceleration in general. DirectDraw, or whatever they are using to accelerate rendering HTML.

VSR is not supported on VGA.

But I had 1600p VSR working on VGA on that monitor with the script in this forum with beta AMD drivers until 15.6 IIRC. ;)

Then you were treading on undocumented (and unsupported) features.

You're complaining because you don't have super-updated drivers since day 1 for a brand new OS on an extremely cheap and dated APU?

    Are you kidding me?

I've got the same APU and I'm not expecting a decent AMD legacy driver for at least a few months.

For now just stick to Microsoft's driver and that's it.

Anything prior to GCN isn't getting any Dx12 love anyway, so I don't know what the fuss is about anyway.

Edit: I just saw the Supported Products and the "AMD Radeon™ HD 6000M Series" is listed, so the driver should work fine.

I think the case for us that are limited to 1440p VSR is pretty simple.

A native 1080p display is limited to 1440p VSR, and the only GCN 1.0 users that can get 3200x1800 are the ones using native 1440p panels.

There was one guy with a 280x that was able to get 3200x1800 in the old 15.7 thread, but I believe he never answered the questions people made.

I have 7870 and native 1440p monitor and i don't have 3200x1800 resolution. Have vsr option i CCC but no higher resolution than native.

Ok so forgot to delete DLL's on my works pc. i get abotu 200k more draw calls on windows 10 than on windows 8.1. But must admit it's not the same driver. 15.7 vs 15.7.1

    dx11 ST = 874 116
    dx11 MT = 740 453
    Mantle = 9 613 625
    DX12 = 11 285 976

Let's hope in games dx12 is that much better

Thanks for clarifying. It will remain a mystery then.

Oh, yes, almost 5 months old March AMD driver designed for very early Windows 10 builds will definitely work great after so many changes in the OS and kernel.

March Win10 driver is from 30 to 50% slower than 14.12 driver on Windows 7. I checked few DX7, 8 and 9 old games

The 15.7.1 driver supports cards like ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP, ATI Radeon HD 2350. So no driver for HD6320 is bad, ****ing jocke.

HD6320 in integrated graphic in E-450 mobile APU. It is not HD 6000M card. You don't even know what you have!

On AMD support page select APU -> Mobile APU -> E-Series APU - Windows 10 in unavailable. Same for Auto-detect tool

There is absolutely no reason to why HD6320 is missing in newer drivers.

You told me you have the same APU and then told I should choose HD 6000M series drivers. Also tell me how did you make your Radeon 6320 1GB memory. That's very interesting.

It's even possible to unlock VSR on this APU what proves that hardware scaler is just bull****. If HD6320 would support DX12, where would you use it? Would you play patched Witcher 3 having 5 fps?

BTW: Have you noticed that mobile and desktop driver download link is exactly the same? The difference is only x64 vs x86

The problem seems to be GCN 1.2 specific. So only Fury/Fury X/R9 285/R9 380 should be affected.

My 7870 Shappire 2gb OC is the first time that Works with VSR using Ati drivers 15.7 WHQL in Windows 10.

Before i have not any option in CCC-My diital pannels-properties.

Now using 3 monitors in Eyefinity i have 7680x1440x60p...but only if i don´t use bezel correction. If yes, only 4800x900x60 of resolution.

People that have no this option with 7870 inside is it in this new 15.7.1 or all time?

firefox has been crashing all over the place since like... forever. If it's not this than it's that, and if not that than something else...

this app: AutoDeleteV2.1.1(x64) fixes it a bit. Firefox devs are stubborn and sometimes they refuse to even look into a problem, let alone admit it and fix it. Generally, you want to have another browser handy. Few drivers and FF version ago, I used to get graphics corruption in FF while scrolling through forums or some other content, now it's gone but nowhere could I find what was fixed or where, it's just...gone.

You realize that this means that all of us could get it. And they still haven't fixed the readme of the driver, if it is indeed the case.

Were you guys actually able to push beyond 1440p vsr on 1080p with the modded drivers before the official vsr support for the gcn 1.0 cards?

If undying has 3200x1800 on his 1080p display, then maybe he is doing something that you guys maybe overlooked.

Is for anyone else DXVA video acceleration broken with this driver? My VLC player instantly crashes when I start a x264 encoded video, but runs normally when watching a HEVC-encoded video.

My first GPU downclocks to 1050mhz/1400mhz in 3DMark Firestrike with those drivers. Everything is fine in Furmark or in game. I don't understand...
