unless something changed recently, these apps use largely the same code base, so any issues are likely to be the same.

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered while playing Heroes of the Storm... I had Chrome running in the background with Twitch playing (HW Acceleration off) and Afterburner with polling rate set to 6000.

Doesn't look like the hotfix is working for me... unless there are different issues in play and it didn't fix what has been causing the display driver issue on my system. :(

Only issue I've had so far, which may not even be driver related, was the audio going out while I was playing GTA V for about 2 minutes, then it came back.

On the plus side, it seems that I can finally go back to stock factory OCs on my 970s. Previous drivers I would have to underclock by at least 50 on the core or games like GTA would cause my system to lock up after a bit.

Edit: Nope, never mind. GTA V just froze on video, while the audio kept playing but at about 1/4 speed.

347.88 doesn't officially support the 980 Ti, but by editing the nv_dispi.inf file you can make it work. See this thread for more info.

idk about you, but i'm extremely stisfied with these drivers, no more chrome crashes or frezees, i'm happy now, The witcher 3 somethimes crashes but it's not a driver crash, just closes to desktop sometimes when i switch from items menu to the world, not constantly so it doesn't ruin my game or anything, no TDR, no events, no X or Y stops responding just the game goes "plop" to desktop, so i don't think that's driver related.

lol that is a TDR, if you look in your windows event log it will have a log for it.

i don't have, that's what i'm saying no events or anything.

edit: nope i searched NVIDIA events and i got none (serached in all categories), the only event with error are event ID: 7001 and 10005, i noticed i always had a lot of those events but they aren't related to nvidia so nope, event error ID for nvidia was Event ID: 4101, i used to have those events with other drivers using chrome, not with these, so i'm fine.

edit 2: those crashes in TW3 i had were for memory overclock (DDR3 RAM), now it's all good

    So far so good...
I wish AMD could obtain a support like that, mission impossible.

Got one crash to desktop in TW3 right after level loaded, so discarded that test and re-started the game and played about 1 hour 30 minutes no issues.

So far so good, Done a lot of browsing, Youtube and no TDR :)

Gaming as normal I actually had no issues with TDR while gaming with any driver past 350.12, just couldn't browse the internet without a TDR
