It was originally jpeg. Then got poor photoshoping and got saved as png (no additional compression artifacts).
You can clearly see huge amount of jpeg compression artifacts on red RADEON R9 and just bad try on simulation of artifacts on red HDMI stuff.

Edit1: 2nd free proof is contrast around all red areas except red HDMI areas.

Edit2: Actually I inspected it in mspaint. Zoom is enough to see how inconsistent it is.

Okay so to help you see it. The picture was obviously taken with a potato look how sharp the HDMI logo is compared to the Radeon logo. On top of that the colors are different and the HDMI logo is not strait.

Hell it's so bad it may have been done in paint.

just wondering, i still currently have a samsung 950D monitor, which only works in 3d and at 120hz using dvi HDMI dont give me these options, so when i get fury x i wont have these options available anymore?

Hm, a sticker for 4GB? Is there 8GB underneath? Or 12GB for the Fury XXX. ;)

But yeah, I am very much looking forward to the Gureview!

HDMI 1.4 is capable to do 1080p 120Hz. But HDMI 1.4a and 1.4b brought different formats for 3D.
So if Fury has 1.4b, then it has them all and you are safe.
(as long as monitor's HDMI is to that version too)
I think HDMI in your monitor can do max 1920 x 1080 60i Side by side (i means interlaced = full 1080p 30Hz).
So HDMI will not give you good 3D experience.
But those DP to DVI converters are not bad for 1080p 120Hz.

Yeah that picture looks fake and doctored to me. Considering AMD has all ready confirmed that the new HBM cards are a variation of HDMI 1.4

please note that I made error in writting:

apparently DP > HDMI converter will not magically upgrade port on your monitor. But DP to DVI will work.
I'll test one which came with my old HD7970 3.5 years ago, so you'll know if it works well or not.

    Love the form factor <3

Managed to snag a 2nd 780 for only £120 yesterday, possibly due to this.
