    thanks!

    edit:
working fine on my powercolor 290 PCS+,
for some odd reason the 390 bios is a little faster than my 290 bios.

same driver (june 8), same clocks oO

    Thanks asder!
    More choice
If it is not to much to ask could you do the msi one too?
I know how to change the clocks but not the amount of vram.

Look for text H5GC4 and above 4 there it is, magical 80 in hex. Change it to 40, that should give you 4GB bios and dont forget to fix checksum after editing.

When comparing there is another hex you should change.
So 2 changes should be made but you can see for yourself when comparing.

No just the 80 to 40 only.

anyone know if these bios`s will work for the R9295x2 cards :/
i tried one but i got a black screen on boot lol

its not due to memory as my memory will max out @1690 without fail or issue.

must be the types of outputs on the cards thats causing the issue
as R9295x2`s comes with Dual DVI + 4 mini dp`s.

Voltage doesnt seem too difficult to find after changing, its finding out what yours is capped at.I'd gladly try for someone if they provide me with a bios and what theyre cards core voltage is

I redid the xfx bios from scratch to understand the modification that have to be done then flashed it to my card and it worked, so i did the same steps to msi and powercolor bioses (changing values of clocks,4gb and fix checksum obviously) but i have not flashed them to test since the xfx mod worked, i have no idea why they blackscreen.

So they work then, must be some incompatibility with certain cards?

Comfirm the 1010/1250 bios works on my Turboduo 290. Drivers used 15.15 modded by asder00.
Though I am seeing it listed as a r9 200 series in GPU-Z The temps are lower. This is the first one to work for me to actually install the drivers, but my card is an oddity with samsung vram.

Hi!!. Nekat's bios Works fine for my 2 290x reference's card, Hynix and Elpida memory. Now, wich drivers using with this bios? I have this:

    - AMD_Catalyst_15.200.1038.0_May29_AllCards_Mod_Signed-@asder00

Wich drivers are better? Thanks .

Yeah, gonna try the higher clocked one...since I know my samsung memory can clock over 1500 through MSI afterburner. But once again I have to point to everyone my particular card does not have Hynix or elpdata memory.

I can't test on my Powercolor PCS+ 290X since I have not gotten a new one back from RMA yet.
