Recently I decided to update my USB 3.0 drivers, because the ones I had installed are possibly for Intel(R) NUC, yet they're listed on the Gigabyte Z97 Drivers page. I have the Asus Z97-AR, just using that as an example. I downloaded the latest USB 3.0 Driver from Intel.com, and it caused my sensor to spaz out, when I'd swipe left it would go diagonally down and to the left, which is quite an issue when playing CS:GO. My questions are: Should I even have my Gaming Mouse & Keyboard (Corsair K70) plugged into USB 3.0? And Is the first USB driver I linked, only for Intel NUC boards, even though that exact driver is listed on the Gigabyte Z97 driver page? :bang::bang::bang:
Still... there has to be a problem if it causes spaz outs ... that is not normal... i use usb 3.0 all the time and have been for as long as it has been out and never had an issue with it or drivers
I've rolled back BIOS which were causing issues for others as well (Asus Z97-AR), as well as cleaning my sensor with an alcohol wipe. Will try again tonight. It was the worst using newest USB 3.0 Drivers v3.0.5.69, not sure if I should just stick with the over a year old USB 3.0 drivers from ASUS's website.
Another thing is, my sensitivity in CS:GO and even on my desktop, feels different every day I boot up my PC. I check DPI/Polling Rate, and Windows setting and nothing has changed.
Unfortunately I do not have an answer for this problem except I would stick to the old drivers as long as they work better. Wish you the best of luck with this.
