I've tried IDM before, it's a good program, but I don't understand why the display driver would crash just starting a download, ironic that it was a driver download too

We had about 3 driver releases in the last 3 weeks...

I was getting used to see one new driver every 2 months or so.

    Didn't you notice that?

No not really, been with nvidia around 13 years or so they have been very good with drivers the whole time I have been with them.

+2 fps in the witcher 3 compared to kepler drivers...so 8+2 make 10 fps increase from the crap game ready driver:D

Looks weird. This driver is a hotfix for a gsync issue, therefore not including further optimisations for kepler... normally :3eyes:

Did you compare the exact same scene/spot :3eyes: ?

Dude, I didn't say the drivers were bad, I just said that there used to be a longer time between releases!

    :nerd:

    Edit:

BTW, I've been a nVidia user since 1999 (TnT2 M64, still have it), a little more than you... And there used to be one or TWO new drivers leaked per week at that time. Dunno if you remember...
