No problems here with loss of performance.. Still going to upgrade to 980ti though

Blasphemy! You have to admit, the thread title served it's intended purpose as click bait well.

That only means they don't even know themselves if it's for witcher 3 specifically or for kepler in general.

Then don't cry when Pascal is out and all of the sudden your card will be equal to AMD Radeon 240X :)

390X rumored to be 850USD which, if you go by the rumors, will actually be more expensive than the 980Ti.

So much for AMD being the cheaper option :(

I'm not a huge fan of Ngreedia at the moment either but due to my previous experiences with CrapFire, I'm not sold on AMD either, especially not at that price point (if it turns out to be true).

We'll see in a few weeks I guess.

390x=290x in you havent heard the news about rebrands yet, the new cards will have different naming scheme like nvidia's titan and cost around the same as titan

I'm keen to sell my 780, i hate nvidia shady tactics, but there is no other good card to buy.

i don't want nvidia anymore and i don't like AMD, i think it's time for startup.

graphics card architectures are so dauntingly complicated after so many generations that for a new player to enter the game, they would have to develop a radically different architecture that's totally out of the scope of anything that we can even think of at the moment.

im changed my 280X crossfire to 780 sli. and im no a mewbie to AMD multigpu. It is enogh good. And now i see it is a big misstake. 780sli=280x cf now. thanks nvidia.
    no. 390 = 290X. 390X > 390 and 290X.
im sell too that faked product with reduced support, and never buy nvidia anymore. my CrossFireX will be only based on AMD R9 390X.

If this new driver for 980TI launch is true, it seems Kepler performance did improved.

GTX Titan Black must outperform GTX 970. On this pictures im not see that. And it is no have a Kepler optimisations.

Well 780Ti does in 1st benchmark, 2nd also - 2fps is not worth mentioning. My factory Oc boost 1150mhz is like stock 780ti or maybe with small OC:nerd:

They might put some fixes on Kepler there, but that not the final driver as they not finish it yet, if someone could leak this driver...

You know AMD Matt from amd section, read up on DSR support and the made up "scaler" that the 7000 series did not have for vsr support. Her was essentially saying, ditch your 7970 and buy a 280x. I don`t trust either company.
