With this driver the GPU clock and memory clock still stay on high after gaming.

    Not fixed.

Check HW acceleration in google chrome (or whatever browser you're using). HW acceleration can make the card run in 3D clocks.

Installing now, in preparation for TW3 launch tonight! Woop!

Looks like these have a newer version of PhysX than the 352.84 set for Windows 10. With the numbering I would assume that the Win10 set has most of the same optimizations sans PhysX.

It seems like the guy that uploads the release notes and makes bullet points is wasting time making sure XP has a driverset. Thanks for the wasted resources, Nvidia.

Doesnt help clocks stay on high after gaming.

Yea, for some reason all latest drivers hate overclocking. Even factory overclocked cards. (I guess they tested those cards with earlier drivers and it was fine? So the cards were sold as perfectly stable overclocked cards.)
Downclock your core clock by -100Mhz and the black screens crashes go away.

You can quickly check this by running 3DMark Skydiver Demo. It will crash with black screen (not even TDR) somewhere in the middle and if not it will most likely crash the second time you run it.
Now do -100Mhz on the core and the Skydiver Demo passes every single time.

Games will take longer to black screen because most are not that heavy on the GPU as 3Dmark Skydiver Demo. But they still will black screen after some time.
Your previous overclock will not be stable anymore.

Maybe ManuelG can enlighten us on what's going on here?

    For me too.
ManuelG, please, can you bring this simple request to NV driver devs?

"Please can you update the *DRIVER* game profiles list without the need to install *GeForce Experience* - the get them updated - for every major driver package release? Not the beta ones, but the WHQL/major ones".

    Thanks in advance.
I really love GFE but it's a non-sense to have in the SAME package 2 different game profiles list (the one of the driver and the one of GFE and they mismatch).

@ManuelG This is WORST than 350.12, MY GOD, what is the nvidia team doing?! now the damn Heaven crashes on 3 seconds since the start, even with my UNDERCLOCK from my overclock, my god, seriously, this is getting ridiculous, sad, very sad

If you crash during the driver installation while not under load that's probably not overclock related and is a whole other issue.
