I have to admit, it has been squeezed a lot harder than is likely good for it when it does that lol I had a keyboard that played games with me, and ended up being snapped in half one day, I still find the odd key now and then (ping pew ping)
V7 3 button optical mouse distributed by Ingram Micro Inc. but actually made by Belkin. Cost all of $7 and works great.
Corsair M45 optical, had the M65 laser but sold it for the M45 optical sensor finding it much more accurate and smoother.
I can't blame you on this one. For me, it's optical all the way. I don't care for laser mice and don't want one! Actually, I was considering checking out the M45 (and the Roccat Kone Pure Optical), but opted for the Logitech G302 in the end.
Razer Deatheradder not sure on the DPI anymore i have had this for a over 6 years now. I want to say its either 1800 or 2000 dpi.
If I recall he got upset over an infraction that he didn't feel he deserved, and never came back. Kind of unfortunate, but it is what it is.
The M65 just didn't feel right in fast paced games but i did love the shape and build quality, thats why i got the M45 optical same shape as the M65 but less in the build quality department unfortunately, but its a cheaper mouse i guess.
Ahh, I see. Well that is a shame as I feel he had some good things to contribute. Alas, there is always a bit of drama involved with an online forum of any kind!

R.A.T. 5, very nice toy Sadly it doesn't function well when using Linux. On Ubuntu (and deriatives) I have to plug it in after booting and on some other distro's it never works, not even with custom configs and whatever :bang:
These days I swap between my DeathAdder 2013 and my Steelseries Rival. Depends how I'm feeling. Both are good mice.
Although I picked up a Logitech G302 last week, I can't seem to get used to the odd shape of it and am considering returning it in favor of a Corsair Sabre Optical. It seems much more suited to the claw grip.
Logitech G602 Though, if i had the spare money right now, i'd probably upgrade to the Logitech MX Master...
