that would defeat the purpose of making everything smaller, and would have no effect on the programs themselves unless they made use of the windows scaling mechanic.

    Many dont.

    and thank you for linking.

    Your monitor?

Trolling is saying/doing something just to annoy someone/people. That's exactly what you were doing. And then you reply with name calling which is very mature.

even my 4k workstation monitor needs dpi scaling it's just the way windows and os x works if you dont do dpiu scaling it will look bad even on a 4k monitor

Have you seen each of your replies and your attitude towards me? Read them.
You're acting like a 12 year old with those types of replies or trying to look like a big man with your downsampling?
You did just that. Well done.

So you're making everything smaller (by using a higher resolution) then you're making everything larger again by upping the DPI to get more real estate? You're not getting anything out of doing that.

not large no lol figures you say that im making evewrything normal size for that res windows can't do auto scaling yet or else it would fix your blur and if you wanted it larger go beyond 150% then it get's larger

Again, no purpose. Youve just shrunk everything, then made it bigger. pointless.

and most actual programs wont adhere to scaling anyway.

Scaling at native res, of course doesn't make anything blurry, you are at NATIVE res...

I would not be shocked which ones dont, as i already know.

I use scaling at work with non-native res and the monitor internal scalers and the os scaling because my boss is blind as a bat, believe me, i know.

You could achieve the same thing by leaving it at 1080p and downscaling...

    so again, pointless.

it's pointless for you but all my tools work great and my programs ui scales very well to the res i use so your opinion is noted but so is my experience in using it since day one of VSR release

Could someone please report the last two pages to a mod and have this garbage removed? It's irrelevant and stupid.

    Max Res is 2048:1536 85Hz
But i can see now resolution 3840:2400 in CCC :D
But how to get downsample in game?
    What i can do?
I have DVI -> D-Sub (cuz i have CRT no DVI in Montior ;-)

Set the resolution (higher than your monitors native resolution) you want in-game to downsample.
