now all of a sudden my 980 feels ancient. j/k can't wait til they cut 980 prices so i can another one for sli.
980 performance wise was ancient at release it was a side grade for the 780ti at a slightly cheaper price and lower tdp.
Not really. Not for all.. For someone who already have fastest GPU its not big deal. But for someone who have (on simple) gtx770 Its huge upgrade. Also for 780Ti users its still more VRAM, more performance in generall, with better price, and lower power consumption. Lower TDP mean it fit better for SLI users.. So for Some its nice deal
