I also had no problems with gta4 (on Q9550 + 8800Ultra) 30-50 fps avg, but I was using medium detail sliders, not max details. Max details are very demanding, even on my i5 3570 there are some 30fps dips there and there (it looks like memory leak or something)

On the other hand, I also had gta4 ps3 version, SubHD, low details settings and it was still unplayable -18-22 fps frequent dips (I had 50-60fps with these low settings even on my old q9550),

Well I can use icenchancer :), it's using different lighting system, not that CPU damanding as gta4 Vanilla

BTW gta5 was already running very well on ps4, so I think PC version @30fps with console details should run great on something like 660GTX+IntelQuad

The FPS locks to 67 just as the benchmark loads up.

Here's my video showing settings, benchmark & gameplay.

Note: At 04:20 - 04:40 the FPS drops into the 50's.

    (CPU/GPU/VRAM usage, core/memory clock & FPS).

this it seems is the new price for AAA games in uk for pc now, at least in general.
i dunno if i'm gonna be able to adapt i'll be honest, star wars i'll pay for sure, and batman. (and W3)
if my comments are outta order i apologize in advance.
+*i have a contract for 30 hours a week so if i wanna earn decent wage i gott work every saturday, so basically i ain't gonna work 6 nights a week for the privilledge to play a stupid kids game, cause that's all they are every one of em'.

Learn to use CD key sites then, I have never paid more than £30 and even that is on the absolute top end.

It's £34.99 at amazon, retail box ver.

Not interested in the game myself but I promised it someone for Xmas before it was delayed, then delayed again so I just have it on pre-order from there, decent price I think.

Wait what! So they delay the game 3 times and just after having announced the march delay, pre-ordering all of sudden appears and they're only valid for a week?. Honestly, this company is joke. Why, is game that will be nearly 2years old being sold at full price after having made stupid amounts of money on the consoles annnddd, the pre-order incentives a timed exclusive for a week.

They announce a delay, release system requirements and then a few days later...surprise! - pre-order. Which, I dont have any confidence that it'll release in march. To me, this sounds like they're hurting for cash somehow or are just plain greedy.

They must have planned to release at march all along and knew this waaaay before xmas.

The pre-order incentives should be available for whoever buys the friggin thing from release day right up until the game disappears from steam.

Who hasnt got any of these games, and would you even be playing them once you've got your hands on GTAV.
GTAIV doesnt work on windows 8.1 so im going to assume it wont work on Windows 10 and I've pretty much had enough of win7 and its bloated carcass which will be getting wiped of my HDD today.
