    Just tried cleaning with DDU and installing again from scratch and it works OK now:

    [IMG]

    In fact, it is working much better than the previous downsampling solutions I had to use before, because the projector detected a different signal than standard 1080p60 and deactivated Frame Interpolation... which now with VSR is working, so... better AA and smoother gameplay. :nerd:

    Remove old drivers with DDU in safemode
    http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/

    Try installing these again in normal mode

    Confirm your D3D driver version. By default it decided not to install driver for me, just CCC and other stuff. Had to remove all AMD software (read: standard full uninstall). Clean all driver files, install afterwards.

    Edit: And btw, now I believe AMD fixed 7970 bug where screen jumped for a frame up and back again while browsing and such on default clocks. Took only 3 years.
    (Since after cleanup my higher base clock profile is not applied and I experience no issue.)
    I may be wrong, give it some time for test.

    For some crazy reason i can via amd catalyst control center set 1920x1080@29Hz and 1440x900@60Hz, even if my crt (LG F700B) plugged via vga/d-sub supports up to 1280x1024@60Hz.

    When i had the same thing it appeared to be hardware problem, by hardware i mean hdmi cable, replaced it and everything works fine.

    Found out that the RC version works great, the one AMD released causes issues here with Afterburner and other things.

    If you have binary crashing I would look at your CPU/memory.

    Significant improvement for me in Dragon Age Inquisition. All settings on High on 1920x1200 and it went from:

    35 Avg. --> 49 Avg.
    28 Min. --> 42 Min.

    Am using the in-built benchmarking tool so not THE most accurate of tests, but I did several runs with each and in-game seems noticeably improved as well.

    I'm not currently using Mantle for the above.

    That are two Access Violations, both at the same address. This is most likely caused by some incompatible DLL. Visual Studio Runtime, or something.

    I'm disappointed. Still extreme frame drops on my 280x in BF4 using mantle. And lower fps using DX11.
    Used DDE to uninstall old drivers, and didn't install Raptr (is that worth installing?!)

    Yes, I noticed, And while I was running max "stable"clocks I had few weird cases where application would crash at same instruction too.

    He may need vc redist or something as you wrote. But in either case I would not take it as driver's fault.
