    I checked.

The AMD driver and the driver on Guru3D are NOT the same!

Driver files are NOT bit identical, many are even different files sizes. Even the AVT app isn't bit identical.

For the comparison I expanded and extracted the files, I did not compared the avt .msi file or the files as .DL_ or .SY_ etc.

Some files have small difference, but things like atikmdag.sys have quite big differences.

Also, the OpenGL driver has an OLDER version in the Guru3D driver, confirmed.

As I can see, they did absolutly NOTHING for models like the HD7870 aka R9 270.

I tried re-installing it like 3 times in a row, always get the Application installation failure, then it continues and installs the driver, but there's exclamation mark on the end telling me there's some sort of failure occurred during installation but I can't click (like with previous drivers) to see the log, lol.

Anyway, hit 'Finish' and it's all fine.Reboots and everything seems to be just fine.
Going to test these drivers in-game now.

Not seeing VSR on my setup, switched to advanced view in ccc looking at flat panel properties, no option to enable VSR....this on Qnix 1440p using dual dvi an triple 290x setup.

Sorted it, guys don't install over top of older drivers. Ran AMD cleanup utility an reinstalled now can see VSR in ccc.

I have used the Issue Reporting Form in tow with all 14.X driver releases to report an annoying extended desktop multi-monitor issue introduced in 14.0 drivers but still no fix!

Since gaming is but a small portion of the pc experience, this seemingly small and niche issue will dictate my next card, 390(X) vs ***Ti/Titan, even if the 390(X) ends up miraculously whopping the competition by a considerably enormous immense thumping margin.

Otherwise everything else seems to be working fine for me like they always do!

Had one ctd running BF4 not long after entering a game. Re-joined and have not had the ctd again. Game (BF4) runs real well. I'll get some more gaming in see if that ctd was just an aberration.

Alas, no vsr for me unfortunately. Looks like I need a upgrade for that - maybe even a CPU upgrade to go with that GPU upgrade.

Now just need that 390X to hurry up and appear....

The ones from Guru3D are not WHQL signed too....

Too bad playing 4K videos on YouTube is still ****, and gives a quick error.
But this problem is diffidently a Chrome thing....

    Yay!

First thing tried is VSR, finally I can play alien isolation at 3200x1800 in my 1080p screen :)

Although in guru3d omega review says 60hz, I can select 80hz (my screen is a bit oc'ed)
