You need to do the friends of red jenny quest in val royeux, though i'm unsure how you visit it after you've done the quest. Check the world map rather than the war room, I was able to look at the level map and it did present the option to fast travel to the various stairs in the city, give that a try.

 

Why we can't craft our own health potions while on the move. So awkward.

Trust me, I've done practically every possible fix for this issue in SLI and simply put, nothing I've tried has fixed it. I've managed to raise up the FPS to a degree and made normal gameplay smoother, but it still hitches here and there, has random drops in fps here and there, and cutscenes are still a stuttery mess in or out of SLI.

Wait for the patch and upcoming drivers is the best bet right now.. don't waste hours trying everything under the sun like I did.

 

Just killed my first high dragon, hell of a long fight.

Cassandra saved the day pretty much, she was able to tank damage way better than me varric or solas, running out of potions and regeneration potions towards the end.

One thing though, the AI has a tendency to stand in fire rather than move out of it, caused a fair few deaths from solas.

 

Does anyone know if you can romance multiple companions at the same time? Somehow I couldn't find a clear answer to this lol.

As a qunari female mage I'm torned between romancing Blackwall or Iron Bull... or Josephine Montilyet. :banana:

2v2 human qunari 4some, why not Bioware, why? :eyebrows:

 

As a mage. I focus on fire. And put points on more fire damage. Is this damage buff I mean passive ability will also give bonus the stuff I use? So better to use fire stuff?

 

Depends, a heal mage can also be useful to keep party alive.

I loved it when i burnt an enemy mage that he turned into ashes.

 

It'll likely be the same as all the others, you can only go so far before they notice and ask you to choose.

 

I find it interesting that you can also use the romance dialogue towards the advisors although I'll try it when I replay the game, remaining dedicated towards only one companion in this playthrough.

Have to try to see what happens if you flirt with all of them too.

 

i am in a romance with Josephine atm flirted with few on the way including that dwarf scout lol

 

I see they limit healing potions and a healing mage can't spam heal like they used too in DAO and DA2. Guess I never realized how addicted I was to having one in my party.

BTW is sera a female only romance? Think I'll have my character bang her out.

I do have one thing I'm confused about. I've only made it to the hinterlands, some of the rifts seem almost impossible to close, some are not.. Are they level specific? Similar to the the dungeons in Skyrim? There are a particular few with some monsters that seem to have a death touch (red skull). All 4 of us are dead in a matter of seconds no matter what I do.

I've been trying to clear what main quest and all the side quest on this map before moving on to the next part of the main quest, but I think it requires you to level up more before tackling them.

So far I'm only level at level 6.

 

the rifts in hinterlands go up to lvl 12

you do not need to clear them all before you leave for the main quest because the hinterlands stays open so you can come back when higher level to bang them out.

if you go into the tactical camera and select one of the enemies attached to the rift you can see their level.

 

Can I get a quick response on this?

I want better hebs and upgrading materials and I hear you can buy thT sort of thing at skyhold.

I am up to the mission to address val royeux in orlais.

If I push down the main quest line will I get to skyhold soon or is it like 10 hours away in game?

Also what level should I be to even attempt to fight the dragon on the way to redcliff/ or can you ignore it and just run to redcliff?

I am sitting at the war table trying to decide what to do.
