Was expecting a fix for: "Fixed NPC's doing absolutely nothing on the background". or "Fixed enemy camera lock, you no longer get stuck on an enemy when you want to move away" or "..." or "..."
I don't know what I should think about this game, on one side it wasn't very expensive when I bought it for 15 euro and on the other side it doesn't have that much content, the campaign took me around 5 hours, yes there are some coop arenas and some sort of horde mode but it's mostly not that entertaining at all...I think this is the second game ported straight from the xbone console that wasn't worth the money I paid for it, the first one was Dear Rising 3, known as Dead Framerate 3
Guys they say that New 344-48 driver has SLI profile for Ryse Son of Rome... i run tri Sli of 780 and only one works...i can see it on MSI AFTB also Ryse doesnt show up on GeForce Experience Thanks !!! Sergio
good game, the negative reviews dont do it justice. one of the few things that kinda annoyed me was the same enemy models you see repeatedly. this is just plain lazy work and cutting corners. if you're gonna recycle enemy models throughout the game at least give them a little bit variety in armor pieces so it wont seem like youre fighting clones after clones.
Tbh the game is very lazy in many ways imo. Speaking of which, its way weird that i get massive stuttering using 1440p + 1.5 ssaa, and high textures... vram consumption is only at 2300 mb, and gpu usage is at 50-60%, but fps is like 30-40 :S
SLI just doesn't work well for me, and for this game I played the whole thing today without SLI. The story and setup is nice. Also the game has poor level design, saved by the combat for me. There is very less environment interaction, and its mostly linear. Its hard to believe the same studio did Crysis. This is the first time I'm actually annoyed that a game's tech issues are pissing me off from enjoying the gameplay, the FOV is too damn less. And no way to turn off grain. SLI just doesn't work well, which is a shame coming from a 'demanding' AAA title.
For some reason my framerate sits at 50fps and the only way to up GPU usage to 100% is to downsample from a higher resolution, which suggests to me I'm CPU limited but I don't see how that could be possible when people with lesser CPU's are getting higher framerates?!
Its the exact oppersit for me.. without ssaa, i get constant 60 fps (using vsync), and same amount of gpu usage (50-60%) that im getting while using 1.5 ssaa, but 30ish fps. I honestly cant see any reason for fps being this low with ssaa, aside of it being a sli related issue (which it might very well be, seeing how im getting alot of artifacts and shimmering while using sli).
Guys, how is SLI working with this game now that the profile was officially added in the latest WHQL?
Why would this game be a garbage. This is not a game you play 3 hours straight. You play this game 20-30min everday and it's satisfying enough. It has a simple combat and a good story to follow.
anyone with a nvidia card managed to get this game smooth playable? fps keeps jumping and it has a jarring effect on gameplay for me, when i lock to 30fps it is fine but 30fps is not what i am searching for here lol and for some reason this game dislikes gsync :?
SLi profile for this game is really garbage...What is the best way for increase the gpu's usage? EDIT: Solved! http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=10383313#post10383313
