Speaking of DSR, its a bit buggy in AVP2010, menus downsize but mouse hoover doesn't so I can't control the mouse anymore..

 

Install perfectly ok here but

would it be due to my surround that i don't see DSR in the 3D options ?

Apparently its not supported for SLI (yet) or multi monitor.. Not sure about 2nd.

 

AndyB or ManuelG, any ideas why I'm having such difficulty installing the last 2 drivers sets?

 

Finally a new driver and I've just done a fresh windows install

 

No performance increases...no stability fixes, no feature additions...

Nothing for Alien Isolation, Mordor, Borderlands The Pre Sequel, Dead Rising 3, Final Fantasy 13, Ryse...

Just sli compatibility...

Not even going to bother.

To me it makes more sense if it's not available on my reso than because of an sli config but hey, what do i know

It is still in the works. I mentioned a while back that it would be late this year at the earliest before it would become available.

So DSR is in fact available for 400 series Fermi cards, not sure why it wasn't posted with the notes but i just tested it and it is working just fine.

I clearly just said "only sli profiles".

The nvidia release notes only state sli profiles and REMOVED ambient occlusion options from NVCP for some of those games.

There is no mention of any game fixes, performance improvements or otherwise.

Here are the release notes for you to study for the non existant game fixes and performance improvements.

Yeah, that's just f-ing amazing.

Like I said, no performance improvements, no game fixes, just sli profiles.

If you think NVCP having a games exe listed when you can add any exe you want is a feature then yeah...enjoy these drivers.

I paid $799 aus for my card a month ago and after all this time we get "added or updated the following application profiles"

Clearly a piss poor effort.

 

I'm sofa king annoyed with this pc, anyone with any ideas? I really don't want to format again, unless I really have to....TIA

 

Then my post was a simple reminder that this should have been a non-issue years ago, why the feet dragging on this issue?

It's one of the most basic of features that Nvidia has simply ignored all the while having a broken option front and center in the NVCP.
