    DOF can be removed

    I post below a new autoexec cos cant see where to attach a file, move out the original from the crisis folder and use this one

    open up this new autoexec and change it to your needs

    r_width= 1920 - set this to your width
    r_height= 1080 - set to your height
    e_fog = 0 - set this to 1 if u want fog
    e_fogvolumes = 0 - set this to 1 if u want fog volumes

    the other settings u can adjust and get help from tweakguide online


    or if u got a question post here and I will answer

    Note this autoexec is maxed out on all settings.

    on the second level which is village - the level is very foggy - pity cos this was great looking level

    are others experiencing this too?

    I now got a workaround if u want to change it back to no fog if u want to

    It looks like the blur isn't quite right still... realistically the blur should only occur when you zoom in on things, like through a scope etc. Alternatively, maybe there could be two versions, one with blur, and one without, with a simple configurator. The DOF effect is just too distracting otherwise. When I'm walking outside, I don't see things that are 10 m in front of me as blurry, nor do I see things at 1 km blurry. The only time things are blurry in the distance is if I hold something up in front of my face and focus on that.

    The only way that the DOF used here and in the Watch Dogs mods, among others, is if you are short sighted.

    I'm not trying to sound harsh, just stating the facts!

    Things like DOF and blur are personal taste, you simply cant find a setting that would suit everyone. Everyone has his own standards when stuff looks 'realistic'.

    With your new Mod:

    Crysis New shading showcase ( Island & Photoreal IV )

    the lighting starts to turn white in a dark level.Cant see anything.

    At the end in level Relic and beginng Assault?

    Its the same with your 1,6 gb Mod from first page.

    Make the time to 20 in console and look to the ground now all is white.
